Over priced and small dishes

Over priced and small dishes

I use to come here a lot but was shocked today to find out a brunch was now £15 and a lot a lot smaller in quantity than previous dishes

Appreciate costs have gone up but restaurants like this are taking the mick now

Rip-off on questionable quality food

I had the “macha” savoury pancackes with salmon. The pancakes tasted really weird but was told thats how they are meant to be... (??)
The staff was OK, nothing outstanding. Worth noting: one was dedicated to flirt with 2 guys at the next table.
Not being a regular visitor to London, I did not expect (let alone stop to check if it was on the bill) the “discretionary” overcharge of 12.5%. Absolute rip-off as a tip must be voluntary and not automatically included, hidden in some corner of your bill. If other restaurants in London do it is irrelevant. So, very weak ethics on customer service.

Will not go back there. 👎
