Absolutely disgraceful company. Called to enquire about a vehicle then git cut off, no one called back. Sent various messages to the messages I had received before, just to be told they would get back. Check out some other reviews, very dodgy place. Imagine buying a car off them and having issues, if this is how they treat new customers, well you can imagine.
Absolutely bunch of liars at this company spent over 20k on a BMW 430 my mate did , roughly 9 months ago, paint in 5 different places now coming off!!!, spoke to Avacado cars about rectifying this serious issue and been given the ritual, “ absolutely not our problem , my mate is now seaking legal advice about this , avoid this company just look at the recent reviews SHOCKING!!!!!, even sent my mate to BMW dealer for quotation to fix and still done nothing!!!!
Very poor experience with this Company. Bought a very expensive car from them only for the paint work to flake away due to a poor repair done it. Was sold this vehicle being told it had no defects or previous issues when going back to Avocado told it’s not our problem, got my money with no help or compromise to put right a wrong. Very poor customer service and I’m left with a heavy bill to sort. I would not recommend this company.
What an amazing experience I had with this dealership.
I have decided to go and see a car in person. The car was up to great standard therefore I requested on day purchase and roll out.
The nearly impossible task was met with skilled people at this dealership and despite a massive amount of paperwork was involved this was achieved within few hours.
Pressure was on but them two little gem in that office worked really hard to get it done.
Mission accomplished.
They deserve this review as I felt extra mile was done and they bent over and beyond!!!

Buying a replacement car and trading in your old one can be a worry and a hassle but Avocado made it a simple and enjoyable experience. Not only was I happy with the whole deal but the people I dealt with made it even better. Welcoming, professional and flexible. Chloe and James made what could be an arduous process into an easy one. Chloe even came into the dealership on a day off to complete the hand over. What a star! Thank you.
