Honestly I do love their products but…

Honestly I do love their products but I’m not happy with the customs charge I’ve had to take on. I purposefully made sure the order was under the £135 mark for this reason but the declared value they gave was above leaving me with £36 additional charge. Might seem petty but I’m giving them a thumbs down for this very reason as order ended up costing more than I bargained for.

As a product - it is greasy, the trick is to blotch afterwards but does leave a nice glowy skin.

Dries up your skin

I've tried the bundle of moisturizer, sunscreen and body sunscreen. They all dries up my skin pretty badly. I was told the sunscreen is suitable for baby, but it dries up my baby's skin as well. Reached out to customer service. Never reply. Not recommended.

I would not recommend at all

I would not recommend at all. I have given the company a chance to reply to my email and dm on Instagram with zero response from them. Even after doing a patch test, their sunscreen has caused an allergic reaction in me not right away, but days after using it daily. It also dried patches of my chest out to cause them to be almost Eczema like and I have never had that in my life. I don’t expect I will get a refund but wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing as I would not have bothered. I can see why they have a low rating.

Greasy, lack of pigment and SPF

Greasy, little pigment, little sun protection. A weird product that I can’t imagine suits many people. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but we are paying much too much for terrible products due to the number of fake and paid for reviews out there. It’s getting to be that you cannot trust anything!

Lack of transparency with reviews on site

Lack of transparency with reviews on site. Ordered one of the SPF bundles which my rosacea prone skin did not like at all, it stung and was unbearable particularly in the sunshine (not great for an SPF!), something which I've never experienced with sunscreen before. Left a very balanced 3 star review, which also included what I liked about the brand, to share experience with other rosacea sufferers as the products are not cheap and many people presume natural products are easier on sensitive skin. It didn't appear on their site, despite 5 star reviews written after mine appearing. Emailed them to ask what had happened and got no explanation other than they would put it up now. Wondering now if this has happened with other reviews and if I could have saved myself £60 if they printed all customer perspectives.
