Do not work for avocet. The upper management do not hear you or take on board any concerns you have. One in particular is extremely unprofessional. The staff just try and sleep their way to the top. One in particular was awful and should have been ashamed at how blatant they were. Absolutely no self respect. It's a shame as the clients are great and deserve so much more.
