Do not become a representative or even buy from Avon I returned an order and Avon did not process it correctly and continually states i owe money Bad company to deal with

Im disappointed in the last 4 campaigns. I don't like the new campaign books or the layout. The last half of the book is a repeat of the first half. It seems that a lot of products have been discontinued especially clothes. There wasn't any valentine gifts. I usually order out of every campaign but I haven't since the books have changed. It seems that the products that I like have been discontinued. Please go back to the old format and bring back the old products ,I got most of beauty supplies and a lot of my clothes from Avon. I also use to get a lot of my Christmas presents from Avon but there wasn't much to choose from this year. Thank you for reading this but I honestly don't expect a change for the better.

I have been using Avon for years and have been supporting them. However I have always bought Glimmerstick eyeliner also for many years and the one stick would literally last me months until I wore out. Not now it breaks all the time so clearly they have changed the materials or formula as they are useless and not worth the money. So disappointed, will not purchase anymore.

Ordered several tubes of the Silicone hand lotion because I used it in the past and loved it. It was even made in USA. The ones I got this are not the same ingredients and are made in Mexico. NOT EVEN Close TO BEING THE SAME. And it's a joke to try and send them back. So now I'm stuck with useless lotion that doesn't work.

I used the Avon Canada website to locate a rep in my city. That was 3 weeks ago - no one got back to me. I also reached out on Instagram and no one got back to me. And now their website is "under construction" soooo yeah. I Googled Avon Rep in my city, and found one rep. She was extremely rude and couldn't talk because she was about to log into a webinar. Horrible.

When it comes to value, you can't beat Avon. I have tried many high end cosmetic products and they are simply not worth the money. I recently discovered Avon, I save a lot and I get the same quality with a different sticker on it.

Avon needs to figure out how to make online ordering less cumbersome. Normal online guest checkout does not require or try to force you to create a password to generate an account. In addition their customer service people need better communication skills.

Please bring back Avon Natural Vanilla Body Spray. Just the plain ol' vanilla one. The new one is mixed with sandalwood and is completely different from the original. Very unhappy it was discontinued.

Worst customer experience ever!
Trying to charge me for a bill from 2021 which I don’t remember making, surprisingly they cannot find the invoice. Put through to multiple teams without the message being passed across and having to explain the situation all over again. Telling me it’s customer service that deal with it, when customer service have just put me through to them! Not happy and will never use again.

DO NOT ORDER THEIR WAX MELTS THEY DO NOT MELT I've a few burners and they normally melt every wax except AVON

Please don't make the same mistake I made. Avon is the worst company you can sell for. I made an order Monday and accidentally put the wrong address on it. They could not cancel the order or put the correct address on it. Two supervisors refused to talk to me.
Today I called because I am unable to log into the part of their website that pays me. They act stupid when called like they don't know what commission is. The website they give you is useless for advertising and the mentors they said will help you don't answer email or texts. When you go to social media they have their accounts set to "do not receive messages."

Avon is SO expensive now. My eyebrow/lash serum was 50 before which was steep I would sell avon and get it on sale times for 30 its now 90 dollars... measuring cups 55$?? what is going on with them. They have taken all the good products away and now only sell expensive brands and raised their prices for their old stuff. I had to stop selling not a single person would place a order.

I placed an order for a difficult to find item yesterday, only to see it elsewhere today for a fraction of the price. Avon refuses to cancel the order - despite the fact that it hasn't even processed yet and even the payment is still pending. And I will have to pay the return shipping. My financial institutions won't help either. They cannot decline the purchase even thought it is still pending: I will have to wait and then file a dispute. So not only is Avon happy to gouge me on price, they are happy to waste my time. MAJOR FAIL AVON!

I used to love Avon. I swore by their skin so soft but my last purchase of skin so soft now because of the product but the bottle that I came in I now have the 32 ounce skin so soft but the lid doesn’t come off so I had to permanently take it off, let’s just say I haven’t even touched it. It’s not worth the trouble and apparently cannot be fixed and cannot be replaced. I don’t know the exact date I bought it. I bought it probably a little over a year ago and haven’t ever used it. And I was told that the squirt top that they used to have was never really used ever. It was an argument with the lady I know they used to have the flip top. I even showed her the vintage picture .I’m done with Avon.

All these products are very good I like the Avon senses range & most are very good. Most of them are discontinued.
I’ve been Avon rep for over 2 years & I like the products foundation, porcelain ,light nude , eyeshadow sticks essential black , statement Berry & cool silver. Lisa Armstrong was good for lipstick fran lipliner Set & Emma lipliner.

I’m no longer a Avon rep , I never got into debt so I had a good experience with them.
