please dont order anything form them …its been 1 month and i haven’t received my amplifier and i have also paid for it and when i call no response

This company accepts orders for products they clearly cannot fulfill and then hides behind “terms & conditions.”

I placed a prepaid order after being told dispatch would happen within 7 days. No dispatch happened. The timeline kept getting extended with no proper update. When I questioned this and mentioned filing a complaint, I was told: “If you want your refund, take your refund. Don’t talk unnecessary.”

If their policy is to cancel and refund when they can’t fulfill an order, then why take orders for out-of-stock items in the first place? Taking money, delaying repeatedly, and cancelling at the end is extremely unprofessional and wastes customers’ time.

This also explains why my earlier Cash on Delivery order was cancelled without any reason.

Refunding money after weeks of delay doesn’t justify misleading availability or poor customer behavior. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially with prepaid orders.

They don’t pick up phone once the payment is made. Had ordered Mission speakers, which their site promises to get for you in four days. It has been a week now. No response from their side. No one picks up phone to address your concerns. How anyone can trust them for what is promised! 😕

It’s not shipped till now.
And no responds at customer care
Looks like fraud sellers.
