Av xpert are incredible! I came to them with an idea for an event, it was my first ever event. From the start, Rosie was fantastic, she understood exactly what I needed, her quotes were easy to understand and prompt.

Rosie really took the time to understand our event, she didn’t make me feel silly for asking hundreds of questions, she really is a pleasure to work with and makes you feel comfortable from the start.

On the day, the guys arrived with enthusiasm. The day was long, with the set up and take down. We overran and they didn’t moan once! They had to concentrate on every demonstration we had and they really captured the event perfectly. Both Matthew and Nathan made us feel really comfortable and understood our needs for the event.

Rosie, Matthew and Nathan are a real credit to the company and we can’t work with them all again this year for the return of our events.

Great help from start to finish of the event. Rosie, our account manager helped build the quote with everything we needed. Anything she didnt know she would always get back to me with a speedy answer. On the day, Greg and Matthew made everything look effortless. No issues with AV, many attendees commented how wonderful the set up was.

AV XPERT were brilliant from the moment they answered the phone to us to setting up the PA equipment before to taking it away after the event. Nothing was too much trouble, the price was excellent and delivery, set up and collection service was extremely efficient. We ordered a PASystem for the British Schoolgirls Indoor Snow Races at Milton Keynes Snozone with nearly 300 skiers and spectators present who relied on the PA system throughout the day. I cannot thank AV XPERT enough for helping to make our event so successful. I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed some theatre lights for a Gilbert and Sullivan production at short notice, after the existing lighting system failed. We were given 3 options to suit our budget and the lights were delivered at a time to suit us. They were installed efficiently and when there was an issue with programming the controls, the helpline was answered promptly and very helpful people came to sort out the issues and demonstrate how to make the most of the system.

I had a great experience using AV expert fully professional provided everything that was needed and more. I won’t hesitate to recommend to anyone else. Also, all the equipment was in very good order and high-quality.

We recently hired a sound system for an outdoor event and were really impressed from start to finish. Matt was incredibly helpful and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The equipment was high quality, easy to set up, and worked perfectly on the day – we had no issues at all and the sound was crystal clear.

The extra support and honest advice we received ahead of the event really made a difference, and we felt in very good hands. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future events. Highly recommend!

We were thrilled with our recording. Having already seen the recording of a family friend's funeral in the same church by this company we already had faith this could work.

Greg did a site visit in advance nonetheless to double-check the wifi capacity and decided on boosting the signal with their own aerial. We filled in a detailed form about our specification, but realised that until we'd discussed it with the minister and decided on an Order of Service that there would need to be a basic version to submit to start with, followed by a much more comprehensive one the week before the event, when the Order of Service had been finalised and sent to print. Furthermore in that penultimate week Greg made contact with the minister and talked through the technical issues directly. Rosie was my main point of contact with the company and reassured me of the process all the way through.

The recording of a thanksgiving service in our case was mainly motivated by the need for a large number of friends and relatives living overseas to access a live recording. What was less apparent to begin with was the value of a recording as a treasured momento of our eulogies and memorial to Mum for us to enjoy and reference for years to come.

Issues to be aware of 1/ it's easier for the cost & contract to be undertaken by the undertaker, for ease of payment by invoice at a later date. 2/ Do prioritise the finding of a really good portrait photo that can be used for the Order of Service as well as the main holding image for the YouTube link. Most viewers won't have an Order of Service to follow while they watch the event live, and so the photo is like a book mark or place holder. They will find this as soon as they click on the YouTube link to check it works. 3/ As soon as you can provide the photo then AV Xpert can sort out the unique YouTube link for you to distribute in the way of an invitation for those that can't make it to the event. We wanted to give as much notice to those who planned to watch the event online (and pass the link on to others we had lost touch with) as we did to those who planned to attend. 4/ Do give some thought as to whether you want the camera person to pan around the congregation or not. 5/ Do consider whether the camera person & assistant can control the use of a projector and laptop instead of the minister, if there is a slideshow of photos set to music for example. This could mean that the viewers of the recording see the slideshow directly rather than the recording of one. This may or may not be possible but worth considering and discussing with the minister and technical team at AV.

All in all this was worth every penny. Go for it !

This company was engaged by the family of someone who had died recently, to livestream a Thanksgiving Service from our medieval church. We were, initially, a little anxious whether the technical equipment would be problematic in such a setting but any concerns were quickly alleviated by the calm and professional manner in which Greg and his team worked.
Quiet, and unassuming but totally professional, they got on with their job with sensitivity to both the building, the volunteers working in it and, most importantly, the family of the deceased. The quality of the livestream was very good and has been viewed many times from across the world on the YouTube link.
We are most grateful to AV Xpert for their work and I will have no hesitation in recommending them to others wanting this kind of professional support.

This is a fantastic business from start to finish. First off, very clear information from the representative Rosie on my query. Then, follow ups and changes done fast. When I picked the equipment, a very thoughtful walk through and later phone calls to check all was in place. Price is very reasonable for the quality of service and items hired. Highly recommended using this company for any event or party, they really are an exceptional crew.

Originally went to AV looking for lighting truss, but ended up hiring their PA. They were happy to advise me as I didn't really know what I was asking for, and the one they selected was top-notch. It was in good condition, easy to set up. I thought it was maybe a bit pricy at first, but to be honest, once I saw it (but then especially when I heard it!) I knew it was good gear and well worth the money.

They arrived in good time for delivery and collection. They were friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more, really!

Amazing service from AV Xpert, sharing their knowledge and expertise to help deliver all our visual and audio needs for our Sons wedding. They advised on what equipment to use, did mock set ups to help visualise the effect and coordinated with the venue to ensure there were no surprises on the day. Emails were responded to immediately with solutions. In arranging a wedding you are left to deal with a lot of different suppliers - AV Xpert were probably the one I had the most confidence in to deliver all they promised. First class - thank you.

As a technophobe needing music & PA for my 70th birthday party, the team were brilliant from my initial phone call with the delightful Rosie (so reassuring) to the follow up after the event. The kit gave superb sound quality & the set-up instructions were clear with 24hr phone help line had we needed it. Very reasonably priced too given the standard of service. Would highly recommend AV Xpert!

I hired Dj equipment from Av Expert a few weeks back and I can’t fault the service. High Five to Rosie, she made everything so seamless. The equipment was clean, efficient and I never had any issues setting anything up or down.
