I feel that Sophie and her program were divinely sent in answer to a prayer. I began a process of healing my trauma many years ago and had reached the point of guiding others, in their healing process. It is such an amazing gift to pay forward. My own healing initially began at a time when few knew or understood the path to support me in transforming the pain of my trauma into power. I persisted, nonetheless, divinely guided and spiritually equipped.

As mission would have it, I eventually, mystically connected with the only two places in the country that specialized in the healing of my kind of trauma. The experience and growth from those healing experiences kept hope alive. Then, in recent years, inside the power of those great experiences, I knew that there was more to grow, to be and to give in my healing. I had reached a point where it was clear that I needed a specific coach to guide me into the next healing level I knew my divinely assigned mission required. I also knew that I would recognize this divinely sent coach who would have the spiritual gifts and mastery to support my ascension and development.

Prayer complete, I trusted my heart to know and guide the way. Eventually, out of the blue, Sophie's posts started popping up in my newsfeed. Excited to learn more, I began to follow her. The signs and expertise were clear. Almost immediately, I recognized her as my divinely sent teacher/ coach. Then the day came thst I realized that I needed to go all in with her mastery. I registered into her Spiritual Life Coach Certification program. I’ve not looked back nor have I been the least disappointed.

Sophie’s teachings have taken me to a place of deeper curiosity and a yearning for more. It takes an especially gifted teacher and / or coach to inspire a student to those depths. She has also been a reminder of my passion and dream to further the difference I make in the world with my own gifts. She did so, leading from love, steadfast encouragement, and commitment to my growth; all the while living/ being the example and promise of the work. Nothing speaks more clearly or highly than that about a coach.

Each day doing the work has inspired and led me to grow to deeper depths; releasing cycles and patterns that no longer serve the me also growing in faith, courage and the " being" of healing solutions that will further my mission’s path.

I have always been spiritual. And, via this program, I have developed even deeper depths of clarity and a centeredness of faith that I now consciously and purposefully incorporate into all areas of my life, not just a few… and especially my healing. I think that is my greatest gift, of which there have been many, from this program. In the words of a Buddhist philosopher, “Faith is not emotionalism. Faith is courage.” To heal and live a life filled with joy and happiness, I must have great courage.

This has been incredible and insightful work inside of Sophie’s teaching and tutelage. Though courage stands deeply within me; there comes a crucial moment, in life, when it takes a master guide, mentor, coach to call out one's deep and, sometimes, hidden courage with the challenge to squarely face and surmount that mountain of heights unknown right in the middle of your path. And, also in that same moment, you, the ready student in wait, know, in your heart and being, that you are ready and prepared with the mix of faith, courage and a "no matter what spirit" needed to step forward, master and fully fulfill the divinely sent assignment of your life disguised as that mountain.

When the student is ready; the teacher will appear. I Thank-You, Sophie Frabotta, for being that teacher/ Coach guiding me into that recognition of my next level readiness to soar, faith first, further into my mission of helping others heal.

If you are considering taking this course, I would say go with your intuition! This is the first time in decades that I have not felt crippled by anxiety and depression. I feel like I finally gave myself permission to fully let go of the memories, the trauma, and the victim mentality. It was not easy, and being in a group container only accelerated the healing for me. I fully committed to this work, and stopped most other methodologies during my time in Level 1 because I wanted to see what was possible when I truly leaned into this work.

I know that this work helped me change my thoughts, which in turn completely changed the way I view life and show up. I feel more confident, loving, and knowing of what I'm capable of. My biggest shift came halfway through the course when I had to completely surrender, and start merging the parts of me that were "healing" and the parts of me that were "living." The moment I realized joy and healing could coexist, my world changed. This course presented knowledge to me in a much different way than I'd been shown before, and I'm very grateful.

It was not what I was expecting in the best way possible. Every week pushed me further and further into my healing journey. I cried, I laughed, I felt overwhelmed, and I moved through so many emotions that allowed me to be standing here today. It wasn’t easy, but it was necessary for me to transform into the woman I am now. You will definitely not be the same woman when you graduate.
Is my healing complete? No. But I am committed to continuing the work, healing whatever comes my way with confidence, courage, and a deep understanding of who I am. There will be challenges that bring me to my knees, but now I have the tools and compassion for myself that allow me to rise over and over again, and to see those difficult moments as lessons rather than failures.
This is not a “one course and you’re done” moment this is a life change. And like everything in life, you must continue putting in the work in order to keep growing and serving the universe through your life mission. It is our responsibility to keep spreading love and high vibrational energy to help heal every living being on this planet.

I've been on a healing journey for years, but this alchemical container went deeper and invited healing to new angles of my shadows that I hadn't yet touched. I'm leaving feeling incredibly resourced, supported, empowered, and genuinely grateful to both Sophie and Maricris for their loving and attentive support from start to finish—you feel deeply held here. I've experienced quantum growth, and my spiritual roots have both deepened and expanded beyond what I thought was possible, in such a short amount of time.

The transformation of the person I was at the start of this healing journey to the person I have become is monumental. I was living in constant victim consciousness, not taking ownership for the reality in which I was living in, and not really enjoying the day-to-day life as a mom.

I have been catapulted into deep self-healing. I love the meditations and guidance in how to navigate my inner world, clearing away the blocks and reprogramming ancestral and generational beliefs and behavior patterns.

I feel I am ready to confidently step into my souls purpose in alignment with the Universe, take ownership of my reality, and enjoy the day-to-day moments with my children, family and friends.

This course has given me the boost I needed to begin thriving, and for me to realize that I hold MY power. I am right where I am meant to be, not late, not early, right on time. On top of learning many tools for the ever unfolding inner work, the Creative Business Plan module was a real spanner in the works for me that has brought to reality a dream that I have always dreamed of.

I took Awaken with Sophie's Level 1 Spiritual Life Coaching Training in 2024 and graduated in January 2025, which was a journey inward that taught me how to trust. It was a beautiful journey of self-discovery, self-love and self-trust.

This year, I jumped in with both feet into the expansive depth of the Level 2 Spiritual Healer and Awaken Master Practitioner program, which was an easy decision to make when you have Sophie Frabotta as your leader, guide and mentor. Level 1 was the uncovering, level 2 was the clearing and getting to the core of who you are on a deep spiritual level. From the first initial say Yes!! to @awakenwithsophie Level 2 Master Certified Healer program I felt supported and loved. Sophie, Maricris and the Awaken Team provide a unique 5 month one of a kind experience with her created tools and guidance. Lead by my heart she brought me into deeper inner self awareness, propelling me into spaces to transform energies quickly at the cellular level with further discovery of my spiritual gifts and into heart and mind coherence. This was a profound experience providing tools for not only my healing, for healing others in the collective through my Master Practitioner, Spiritual Healer certified business. What I have learned from Sophie Frabotta and her Awaken Team is that I am able to move through life and the New Earth in 5D and beyond, knowing I have the divine energy, gifts and life long answers for transformation and transmutation and thus leading others through their healing as they open the threshold into this New Earth.

My experience throughout the courses has been positive in every single way, not to mention the souls I met (who are now lifelong friends). Level 1 was extraordinary and jumping into Level 2 Spiritual Healer Certification was a no brainer. This course was deeply expansive for me. Just like with L1, I am not the same person who first stepped into it. Sophie Frabotta has such a gift for teaching spiritual concepts in a way that honors each soul’s timing, path, and unique expression and readiness.

The most unforgettable moments were the 13 chakra activations, healing deeper wounds, and activating diamond light codes that I can feel working in my field and life. Learning time manipulation, radiance work, and seeing external shifts happen in real time has been incredible.

One of my biggest breakthroughs was discovering I can channel, something I used to believe was “not one of my gifts”. Creating my own healing modality from my energetic signature was so exciting and powerful, giving me so much confidence in my mission and gifts.

And the connections I made with the women inside the cohort are a lifelong gift I cherish. I leave anchored and grateful.

The Spiritual Life Coach Certification set a foundation for getting to know and manage my own energy, along with tools to maintain and sustain spiritual growth. The experience of supporting other women in a small group setting and practicing sharing from our hearts paved the way for deeper connections in The Master Healer Practitioner Certification program. The connection between our cohort was felt immediately amongst many of us and has grown so deep that we feel each other's energy outside of conversations.

My ascension experience in the program involved going deeper into parts of myself than I had anticipated. The deeper I descended into my own subconscious and tapped into my innate healing abilities, the more I was able to release and step into my power. I now have a deeper understanding of myself on a soul level and what it means to live in alignment. My soul is free to express its essence through my expanding spiritual mastery. This journey took me deep within to heal wounds I thought I had already healed. The tools offered in this journey were mindblowing and motivating that I looked forward to diving in daily. Deep inner healing was not the only gift from L2 (Spiritual Healer Certification). The expansion I was guided towards opened up a whole new perspective on life. I was lingering in 4D for some time. I can now confidently say I am in 5D embodying the life and persona I choose for me. This was the best gift I have given myself, my inner child and my higher self. Relationships that are no longer aligned with me are slipping away graciously. Anxiety has walked out the door. I feel confident and safe. I know that Father Divine and Mother Earth have me. And I know that I will always be more than okay! I am beyond grateful for this opportunity to find my light and to be able to shine it bright. Awaken with Sophie and Maricris were simply incredible beautiful souls helping, guiding and supporting throughout this journey!

L2 (Sophie's Spiritual Healer Certification) has been a wild ride to say the least. The ascension came with a lot of deep healing and going inwards. I found that challenging as doing both at once was, on occasion, overwhelming. I enjoyed all the lessons but the ones that stood out to me the most were Akashic healing, Diamond Light Codes, and our Chakra journey. Ending with our heart alchemy radiation is perfect as I was able to ‘see’ my light and light grid clearly, understanding the impact this work has had on my energetic and ethereal body. There are so many treasures buried in my inter-dimensional experiences and it’s fascinating what I have uncovered so far. Settling into the New Earth frequency and 5D template has made me less available to 3D energies in general and I have felt a shift in my interactions with others. My light has been fully activated!

I started this journey confused and lost. I was thinking that it may be just a "mid life" crisis as I near 50 years of life. I chalked this up to me just fearful of turning an age that I felt was beyond mid life. I thought that I am running out of time to complete all that life had to offer. The greatest fear I have is one day realizing that I did not truly live a full life and I now have many regrets but its too late to do anything about it! I was lost with regards to "my purpose" and why am I here. I don't have children and have been somewhat successful with regards to business.

Financially we do not really want for anything but obviously can always use more. That was not enough to drive home a point of purpose and clarity. I want something else and I could not put my finger on it. Sophie lovingly nudged me into this course and tried to wiggle my way out. I got caught up in fear and lack of control which will normally scare me away from anything. Boy am I glad she did not let me escape! Through the weekly grind of the modules, the in person meetings with our cohort and the silence this created in my head, I was able to find something special inside. An internal guide who's voice I can hear whispering a directive. This has always been in the back of my mind but never as clear as how I visualize this now. I knew that I am here to be a beneficial presence within this world but how can I maximize this gift?

Well this course gave me the tools and leads to realize this grand purpose needed to sharpen my focus for the third act of my life. They say that the beauty of this life is not in the destination but rather in the journey. This has been one of those journeys! You never realize in real time that someday this will be a beautiful memory. That is the thing with life, moments become memories, if we can only realize this while they were actually happening!

I arrived to the course with an awareness that I needed to be supported and taught by someone I believed could help me heal. Sophie was speaking my language, walking the talk and caring for all humans. I immediately felt comfortable with her voice and energy. I knew I could learn from her when her responses always woke me up just a bit more.

During the prep work I experienced the magic of Sophia’s meditations and prescriptions. I followed them diligently and wow did it move so much in me.

During Retreat Week I was excited to meet the other students and start the process together. It felt like I fell in love with my life, myself and world even more during this time. It caused quite a euphoria and larger than life feeling. It was all so new and my pleasure centers just wanted it all especially, cannabis, sugar and sex during this time. While it was great to have more awareness of what was going on, I still couldn’t verbalize it to myself or others. I fumbled around a bit but with more support this time from the team 😭

My wounds of feeling unlovable, invisible and unsafe showed up in my relationship with my work, my family and my loved ones. I pulled away from my family when I judged myself for feeling too much and expressing too honestly. They immediately responded with more love and support so I was able to rebalance into a healthier lifestyle. I stopped using substances and mental patterns as an escape which meant I had more spiritual power and honest desires. I thrived on the clean and disciplined life as it allowed me to plan and show up fully on things like gatherings with family and intimacy with a partner.

I did a few things for the first time like attend and sing at a karaoke night alone. This was so thrilling. I also did more on my own which showed how empowered I was becoming. I also travelled alone to a village in Zimbabwe with ease.

The personal gains in the external environment is nothing compared to the internal strength and capacity I’ve been open to.

Before I sort of could feel my energetic field, very subtly. But now I can feel it bounce and shake and shrink and expand. It’s been a fun process of feeling and healing with very little effort or time. The awareness is enough. The teaching gave me enough to trust deeper in the evolution I felt happening.

I did enjoy the weekly writing reflections. It created a lot of sense and held its own power to merge the heart and head. I’m so grateful for the practice and the evidence I have to show for it.

I definitely felt more connected to my Ancestors and the spiritual team. It was confusing at times and my reality kept testing me to adapt my thinking. I gained much more self compassion for myself and others.

I found God inside of me again and this stage of my being. That is something that opened me up to new levels of safety but I have to learn to walk in this awareness. Walking in it is not easy. You learn through mistakes which way is your way.

Creating a Business Plan as a final
product is genius as it’s a wonderful self-love process. Nurturing and caring for a dream with this much potential for healing the world is also a really great feeling to be in.

I’m grateful I got to engage with other students from other worlds. Being the only one in Africa, I found myself very excited but not as active on the groups. I did always feel safe to share myself honestly which was more important.

God has gifted me so many amazing gifts and I understand my responsibility to use them for what is Good, Beautiful and True. Thank you Teacher Sophie.

This was a total transformation on top of preparing to be a spiritual life coach. As a Pranic Energy Healer already who has done a lot of healing over the years, Sophie’s course healed me in ways I didn’t know I needed and I felt so held the entire time. This is so much more than being certified as a spiritual life coach. It ignites so much light within you, so that you can then continue to spread that light in your practice.

This Spiritual Journey opened up so much for me. I came here to heal myself, because after experiencing a really significant long term trauma, I felt utterly broken. But it's done so much more than that. Not only do I now know how to heal myself FOR LIFE, I also am now working directly with Source, God, Primary Creator and bringing things online I didn't know was possible and didn't even know existed! I now get to go live my dream l've had all my life which is to help others heal. It's been a beautiful journey to watch everyone grow and to see them overcome the darkest parts of themselves. I think the biggest visible change in myself is my confidence and capacity. I no longer give my power away to those trying to bring me down. I no longer question if I am worthy of something. I no longer doubt myself and I no longer give a DAMN about people's opinions of me. I see the world and people in a completely new way that has brought so much light into my BEing and my life. I enjoyed every moment of this journey, even the hard stuff!

The journey through the Awaken Spiritual Life Coaching program with Sophie Frabotta has been nothing short of a dream come true. I always felt called to help others identify core wounds and release limiting beliefs, but I lacked the confidence and tools to do so. I also knew I needed to dive deeper into my own healing before holding space for others. This Spiritual Life Coach Certification had a profound impact on my personal well-being and career. I felt aligned, expanded and enlightened throughout this journey. With a Master's Degree in Psychology and trauma certificates, I was blown away by how the tools in this course truly healed wounds that other modalities could not. The tools are non-retraumatizing, gentle and compassionate, which increases effectiveness. This journey guided me to step into my true alignment, and empowered me to go live that out with God channeled through me.

My goal in taking Sophie’s Spiritual Life Certification course was to learn tools to clear emotional wounds and develop a stronger connection with the divine and my higher self. The awareness of the chatter model was instrumental in helping me stop the looping thought patterns. This alone has contributed to getting myself out of survival mode. Learning the tools from the 4R’s, transmuting the issue, the meditations were helpful in clearing wounds and reprogramming beliefs that no longer serve me. I have continued to feel lighter from removing the density. For the first time in my life, I am learning to be still and know that the answers I seek are within me. This practice is opening up and strengthening my divine connection to God and to tune into my bodies innate intelligence. I have immense gratitude for this journey, for Sophie (& Karilynn) and all my beautiful cohorts!! My life is forever changed for the better because of this incredible experience.
