Disappointed first time customer impression
The award itself is nice. However, there was dissatisfaction with the final product related to the etching of the award. Pictures were requested, there was a lot of back & forth communication about the concern. At the end of it all, it seems there won't be any adjustments for improvement. Disappointed, and it shouldn't be a first time customer impression.
