I told the salesperson from the start what my deadline was for receiving this item. While it did take me a bit to get the correct artwork, I didn’t received the proof. By the time I asked about it it was too late to get it delivered in time. He blamed it on me. He didn’t follow up so I’m pretty pissed about it. I asked hi. Several times to expedite this when I realized it may not arrive in time.
