Brooklyn was the most helpful travel agent that we have spoken to whilst trying to book our holiday to Mauritius.
No one else seem to want to do their job properly.
He was very helpful, informative and successful as we booked a holiday with him .
Hoping that this is the holiday off our dreams and if it is, we shall surely use Brooklyn again as our travel agent.

Be very aware of this company
Be very aware before booking with this company, make yourself familiar with the refund policy just saying, I was asked to email there customer care team that I did 3 months ago, I don’t think they have one as 3 months later I still haven’t received any communication from them, how very rude just like some of there staff, I will give it a few more weeks and if I do not here I will be contacted higher authorities to escalate my case,
I have them my email address and phone number so they could contact me, no excuses from there part.

That they are a trustworthy company
we decided to have a holiday while waiting for our main holiday in may, as it was winter we needed to book something long haul for the weather, we love Mauritius but didnt want another expensive holiday and the prices in January are quite a lot, I came across away holidays while google searching and they beat TUI prices by £250 pp. I decided to call and wasn't expecting a lot but Praveen the sales man, was excellent to work with and found us a great deal.. i would defiantly book with them again and cant wait to start packing my suitcase
