My great Awesome brother JP!

Hey bruh, I have not finished the training (Capital Syndicate) yet. Honestly, I am working on traffic court cases for my daughter and a friend. Plus also, working to over come a mortgage foreclosure situation. I am gonna get back to it as soon as I get these things off my task list.

But just so that you know, I purchase courses to learn from and increase my knowledge base to open up other areas that I can serve the needs of man kind. As a consultant I see this as an important thing to do. Plus having these courses gives me some things to train my children and grand children to do to help them gain skills to engage into the marketplace too, A lower cost than what a degree costs for sure!

One I have an important matter to share with you. So today Wednesday, March 12th, I clicked on a video termed "Assignment Arbitrage" (I found out later it is aka paper flipping which at the time I did not know that was what it was). So, the video was too long for my schedule at the moment. So, I headed over to my email account to find a email from you that I could grab the phone number off of. I grabbed it and called in. Anna, answered the call.

I just wanted to let you know, Anna is truly a Rock Star who is shining very bright!!
She informed me that she is still in training and learning about the courses. JP, as a former customer service professional myself, I will tell you, man, she did an amazing job, answering my questions and she was so polite and kind. I really enjoyed the way she served me and the wonderful experience I had with her.

Bruh! I just had to email you and tell, Anna straight up rocks...... AWESOMELY!!!

$300 down for 3 different Real Estate related programs that failed to deliver. Once you're in it's upsell ad nauseam! Total waist of time & money!

You signed up for One Day Flip and Automated Deal Flow Website (Pages) on Feb 17. When you called Feb 20 to cancel Pages, our team jumped right on it and refunded you two days later. You replied “Thanks” once it was settled, and we thought everything was good, but if anything else is still bugging you, just holler.

If you’re referring to charges for other programs, let’s look at your history together—we see a few orders over time and we’re happy to dive into any of it and help make things right.

It’s the support as far as I’m concerned. I contact support and I get a timely response. I’m new to the real estate industry so I’ll come off with with an “eight grade” question; To Aweaomely, no question is too small. Get started with one of their programs. YOU HAVE A LOT OF HELP!!

I purchased the course from Awesomly, LLC on January 12.
The advertisement was misleading. Plus Awesomly, LLC overcharged my card.
When I asked for money back the Awesomly customer service plays fool. That they don’t understand my questions.
Total SCAM!!! STAY AWAY from this people.

I purchased one capital syndicate…

I purchased one capital syndicate course from them and now they charge me $97 every month , I've left messages about it and never get a response. I'd sure like a call back or I guess I'll have to have my credit card company dispute the charges.

Our records show you ordered the $97 Capital Syndicate program along with the optional PAGES software. This optional upgrade you included during checkout is reason for the recurring charges you see.

We don't have any history of you expressly requesting to cancel, but we do have a couple of communications in which you asked for clarity on the recurring charges. We responded at the time explaining, but perhaps this was overlooked.

Regarding not receiving a call back, it sounds like there may have been some confusion or a potential mix-up with you mistakenly contacting another company. Our records show only timely replies to any emails or phone calls received by you, at least based on the records we can uncover attached to this order and to your contact name.

Regardless, we regret the confusion & frustration you've been feeling, and have gone ahead & cancelled your subscription. You'll not be charged again unless you request to resume.

Excellent training

Excellent training, nice, helpful people, everyone has a positive mental attitude, upbeat, which is rare today. I just hate marketing. The requirements to do this job are not me. I love real estate, but I’d rather fix & flip. Marketing, all types of it, stinks!

Do you need to pay 297$ before you start the session? What a trict.you said only 87 all the sudden it become more than you said.my bank texted me. Suspicious in my credit card.

Lack credibility

I ordered the $97 course on liquidity pools for my son 24 hours ago and still have not received an email response from them regarding the course. What I did receive was two additional attempts to charge my credit card. One for $297 and the other for $897. I did not authorize those additional services so I’m now questioning the credibility of this vendor. Had to waste my time filing disputes to start the day.

Unauthorized Charges Dispute for Awsomely.c



I am writing to inform you that I have recently discovered at least four unauthorized charges on my credit card statement from your company, Awsomely.c. I am extremely upset and disappointed to see these charges, as I have only authorized a payment of around $300, which I have already paid.

I want to make it clear that I did not authorize any further payments to your company, and I will be disputing these unauthorized charges with my credit card company. I find it unacceptable that my card has been charged without my consent, and I will be taking all necessary steps to report this issue to the proper authorities and platforms.

I demand an immediate explanation for these unauthorized charges and a full refund of the amount that has been wrongly charged to my card. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter, as I am deeply dissatisfied with the actions of your company.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. I will be closely monitoring the situation and will not hesitate to escalate this issue further if necessary. I am requesting a full refund and the unauthorized charges to my card totaling almost $1000.00

Our records show you purchased PaperFlips + Guidebook ($124) and upgraded to Pages ($297) on November 5, along with Instant Accountability ($127). The $97 charges on December 5 and January 5 were for your Pages subscription, which you canceled on January 18.

We received your emails on Saturday, January 18—outside our business hours (Mon-Fri, 10 AM–5 PM ET). By the time we reviewed them Monday, you’d already initiated a chargeback. when I purchase this before and came…

when I purchase this before and came back and videos were gone I contacted the people an the phone and talked to human people ... rare now days ... anyways JP Moses and got a quick response meaning we will view it .... so I was great to see Moses put the videos back on ... I have gone through all the videos ... hopefully I will be able to get started and if I have question I know that they will be there to help and assist you
