Called asking to speak to my father (deceased). When I said it was his son speaking she immediately hung up saying "I'll call back later" before I could say anything else! I don't know what they want but smells of a scam. Very rude.

This company is buying your data and conducting unwanted telemarketing of products using hard sell techniques. They hold your information in contravention of GDPR.

Through my recent experience with the Property Management arm of the company, I felt that I should mark the fact that they strive for excellence over and above their expected remit, out of hours and with careful and constant communication until the task in hand is complete. Thank you

The fitting of the products where brilliant, however, the company itself... when selling the products they tell you, you have 14 days to cancel from the date you agreed, so we actually wanted to cancel, I rang them to do so but was told we would still have to pay because things have been ordered now, I said but I don't think we can afford it, but they still wouldn't let us cancel.
Please, please be careful with this company because it's alot of money to pay out if you find out your struggling and we have found out the hard way.

We used AWH for a survey for a lease extension which was subsequently submitted to the First Tier Tribunal as expert evidence. However, most of this "expert" report was rejected by the courts. The long leasehold value was underestimated by £10,000 (as determined by the Court) and outdated figures to calculate relativity were used were completely wrong. Instead of using relativity graphs provided by Savills 2016 or Gerald Eve 2016, the surveyor used outdated RICS 2009 Graphs, causing a difference of £25,000 in the relative value.

Despite being a Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), this company is not using updated data in calculating their valuations. Avoid this company.
