Near end of 12 months sub and not great stopped working and froze often and after 11 months stopped working contacted help but after 3 tries never worked asked for refund of last month and got a very rude and aggressive live chat steer clear would not use again.

I am very impressed with the quality and speedy response to all my queries whether technical or otherwise. Also the patience they showed towards someone who is not so clued up and new to this kind of streaming service is very much appreciated.

Im going to break it down real simple like
1. Customer service
Super fast responsive. Even on a weekend. I mean within the hour.
Sticks with rare issue that happens until it is fixed and you are happy
No bad reactions making you feel dumb or as if you are bothering them.

2. Quality of product
Been using them for half a year now and . You wont find better quality any where. Plus I have not had any buffering issues.

I am absolutely one that believes anyone , anything can always be better but this service has a lock on the business of IPTV.

Streams are incredibly high quality. After about 3 months I ran into my first issue of streams not loading, contacted customer support and they had it working within 10 min. Very impressed, and highly recommend them. I use this mainly for streaming baseball but everything I’ve tried that they offer, works perfectly.
