Order placed on the March 21 and not…
Order placed on the March 21 and not delivered so far. The customer service has been contacted in multiple ways but doesn’t respond. Parcel tracking gives no specific information except that the delivery failed. So far the shopping experience is very bad.

Your order was indeed shipped with a delay of 2 days, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be. At the moment, the parcel is already available at the pickup point, awaiting your collection.
We kindly ask for your understanding that all of our leather products are entirely handmade and produced on demand. Your order also coincided with the Easter period, which includes several public holidays and a significantly higher volume of orders than usual. Unfortunately, this can sometimes lead to small delays like the one you experienced.
That said, we take your feedback seriously, especially regarding the difficulty in reaching our customer service, and we’ll work to improve this.
We truly hope that once you receive your order, you’ll be completely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the product.

Journal is absolutly not compatible with standard books. Don‘t refund money, because it was „customised“ (exta pannels - no logo). They advised me to bay standard paper, as if I don’t know what paper I have. They offered me to pay extra!!! and they make me a larger one. I sended pictures how „compatible“ is they journal - no reaction.

As we have already explained several times via email, your order was delivered to the pickup point you selected at checkout, where it remained for 8 days awaiting collection.
Since it was not collected within that time, it was returned to the sender. It is currently in transit back to us. Once we receive it, we will contact you so you can decide how to proceed.

Plain leather journal A6
I have previously bought the "Nomad leather journal A5" to use with my A5 notebooks and in really satisfied with it. Really happy with the quality of the leather and the looks
That said, I bought the plain leather journal A6 to use with my smaller A6 notebooks, but then I was disappointed to see that it can't fit A6 notebooks and can only work with their custom size paper. The quality is as good as expected but the naming of the product is misleading.
I was looking for a replacement for my Paper republic journal because it can't fit A6 notebooks either, and this one is even a bit smaller.
If you are going to use it with their paper, it is an awesome product, but if you want to use it with standard A6 paper, it won't work

Regarding the A6 Plain Leather Journal, we’d like to clarify that the product dimensions (105mm x 150mm) are listed in the description on our website, as the cover itself follows the standard A6 format. That said, we understand the confusion and appreciate the opportunity to clarify further.
While our A6 journal is designed primarily for our own brand of notebooks, it is also compatible with inserts commonly labeled as “pocket size” (typically around 90mm x 140mm), such as the Moleskine Cahier Journals. These tend to fit more comfortably than standard hardcover A6 notebooks, which can vary slightly in size and rigidity.
We’re grateful for your feedback and will take it into account to improve how we communicate compatibility in the future.

Their customer support was excellent, *very* quick and could provided suggestions on all my customization wishes.
Processing and delivrery were quick and the portfolio is immensly enjoyable. The rich leather is excellent and the paper is beautiful with very little ghosting on my rollerball pens.
