You have two separate withdrawals Approved. As I explained in the last two emails and in our last phone call, the Company needs to produce information for the tax office, and the fee's for this are $2000 which needs to be paid to our Finance Department before they will submit the data. Until we receive this payment from you, they will not process anything



Now, as your account has such a large balance, and a trading history of 'scalping' this has now become a huge amount of work for us

I opened an account with them with £300. I was told to add more money in order to get proper training. As I am 83 years old pensioner living from hand to mouth managed to add £350 more. I had some positive training for two weeks during which time I was pressed to add more money. As I could not I was left on my own to trade. Now I have $1103+ My trading account has been locked and despite my repeated requests neither I can withdraw any money nor trade. xmas is approaching fast and I want to withdraw money. Can anybody help me please?

unfortunately I had to give them one star just to write this review. DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THEM. As per previous reviews they are a scam. After the initial investment things looked promising until they started asking for more money to increase leverage on trades. then adding bonuses to get you into so called protective trades. When it came time to withdraw you are told you have to pay back the bonus money first. Have over $200kUSD in account and can't withdraw.. they said they approved and sent $100K to my crypto wallet and sent a boggas ledger receipt. Nothing has been transferred via blockchain in my wallet.. It's a whole lot of BULLS..T

SCAAM
I live in Belgium and have been scammed by the Ax-way trading platform in the UK. I deposited 250$ For a start and I saw that the trades where doing great. So I was encouraged by the so called person who claimed to be my trade assistant to invest more. I later added 1200$ Hoping to have more profits. This time around my trades started falling into negative. I was encouraged by the so called assistant to save my trades in order not to loose all my money. Due to panic I invested another 1200$. The assistant told me the money I added was no sufficient to save the trades and there will have to give me extra bonus of 2500$ to be able to successfully save the trades. The trades started progressing and was making huge profits again. I requested for a widrawal and was told I have to pay off the 2500$ bonus before I could freely widraw . This. Came as a surprise to me because I was never told I would pay the 2500$ cash in order to widraw. I told them to deduct the 2500$ Bonus From my profits But there refused saying that I must pay this money cash and cannot be deducted from my profits. This is when I discovered that this company is a big schaam. Presently as I speak I have 13000,00$ in my account but I can’t widraw . Please I need help. I have been scammed.

Manipulative money-grabbing scam!
They try to make you deposit as much as possible, with a reason for you to have more leverage.
Then they manipulate your positions taken, by raising your strike-rate.
For example, I had a strike-rate of 1.18 for the EUR/USD and they raised it to a 1.22, which of course led to a major loss, and then they closed my position. Thing is that the EUR/USD never went above 1.19 the day I took my position, so.. they did not even care to be smart about it! The proof was obvious!
The same happened with a second position for LTC/USD, from a 122 to a 133, so that in the end my account fell to 0.00USD.
I had a balance of 1034USD, of which 500 being my initial investment.
Can't be more clearer, I received no support, no answer to my emails, just received one last call, where they put the blame on me for having taken wrong positions, not acknowledging the raising of the Strike rate!
Shameless!

& Since I can't reply to their comment.
The issue was resolved, at least superficially, meaning, on the site, for show.
But when I asked to retrieve my money, suddenly there was another problem, "they can't reach me", as if they called me, not!
Right now I can't even login no more, my account doesn't exist?!
So.. as I said before, money scam, at least that is my personal experience!!!
I must say, they do know what they are doing, and what they are talking about, they are very convincing in that, but that is just to convince you to invest more.

If they wish for me to write a good review and retract my earlier statements, let them pay me out, and I will gladly do so.. but until then, my(Belgian state attorney) layers are looking into it.
