I was slightly sceptical over the prices but genuine bargain. I ordered a full set of 6 books for £23 instead of £70 and they arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. Would buy from Axel Books again!

My order for two books was well packaged and arrived in two days!

Jane Austin complete set All in one huge tome. Print is far too small to read and so crammed you can’t turn the pages! It’s too heavy to even get your hands or fingers around it so can’t hold it! We’re so mad! Complete con and we’re all just so disappointed.

Order was delivered on time and great value. Order was also packaged very well to prevent damage during delivery.

Cancelled my order when I paid for express delivery on the day it was supposed to arrive and then didn't even reply to my emails. Very poor, would avoid

Easy to use website, great prices and fast delivery

My order showed as delivered but obviously wasn't got in touch Axel and they responded quickly and politely with resolutions straight away, my order was delivered to a completely wrong address even though the address on the label was totally correct, luckily the people that received my order dropped it off for me.
The books I received are beautiful well made and my grandbabies are going to love them.

Bit sceptical about ordering as haven’t heard of Axel Books before. But I did order 2 sets of book. 1 set turned up wrong. I emailed the support team late and the following day I got an email to apologies and they will send the correct set out. The day after I receive the correct set before midday.
Yes the original order turned up wrong but these things happen. Couldn’t ask for any better service. Will definitely be purchasing more books.

Having placed 2 orders over the past month, I can only say what a wonderful experience it as been, ordering was very easy choice was really good delivery was very quick and the package was all in one piece well packed no damage, and what value. Thank you Axel books.

Paid express delivery and got tracking for Royal Mail tried tracking and has said for 3 days tracking status unavailable with tracking code try again tomorrow!! Why have I paid £6 express delivery for it to still not be here and to have no tracking also tried to email axel books and haven’t heard back from them. I needed these books asap thats why I paid for express delivery but the books aren’t here still!!!
