Axele does round tables to hear driver…

Axele does round tables to hear driver suggestions. I have given several suggestions and have yet to see any of them implemented. I love the program overall. Bu there is so much more they can do! They do bring updates almost monthly to the table. I would just like to see some of my suggestions come to fruition such as BOL’s being able to be created, my factoring company being integrated, accounting reports being able to be ran on an individual instead of just a company in whole.

Very pleased with the intuitiveness of…

Very pleased with the intuitiveness of the software. The support team is incredibly responsive and the programmers work tirelessly, even with 3PL services, to address any bugs or idiosyncrasies should you run across them. I'm especially thankful for the patience of Dave, my main support contact. He goes above and beyond technical support and crosses the line to provide on the spot training and customer support every time I call. Being new to TMS and being foreign to technology, I call A LOT! But always find a satisfactory answer and usually a quick fix. Impressive software, impressive customer centric stafff, impressive technical support and great training resources. I'm extremely pleased with the purchase of this service.

Axele has been great for my fleet!

Axele has been great for my fleet! It allows me to dispatch my drivers efficiently and maintain accounting of my business on a daily basis. Also, I love that I can send our customer's a tracking link to view where the shipment is at all times. The only reason I did not give Axele a 5 star rating is because sometimes the app does not work properly for my drivers. I know that Axele makes a lot of updates and improvements that cause my drivers to install updates, which usually helps. But, other than the some bugs every now and then Axele is a great TMS and I would highly recommend it!

Being able to have expenses combined…

Being able to have expenses combined when looking at Accounting is a major issue that the system does not provide. Also the system only uses USA 70/80 logs. We do a lot on running in Texas and the system does not recognize Texas HOS.
