We just used axess law for our last house purchase and they were incredible. We had some bumps prior to closing and they handled all easily. Patricia Fitzpatrick was a godsend and made the entire process go off without a single incident and lessened my stress incredibly. I would 100 percent recommend them !

Poor communication. I got emails every day before I completed the starter form. But after that communication stopped. It was absolutely not ' sit back and relax' like their website says. They did not bother to keep us posted. The law clerk was incompetent. We will not recommend this company to anyone.

Having used many law firms in the past, I can confidently say that Axess Law has set itself apart from the rest. From start to finish, they were professional, and efficient, and ensured that I was kept in the loop - and comfortable - through the entire process. Do not use. We recently had the misfortune of dealing with this law firm. They vaguely disclose their fee schedule but do not quantify specifics by updating their quote. Then you will likely have an unpleasant surprise with a higher than expected bill. They will accept no responsibility for their oversight. Not even an offer to reduce by a penny.
I can only assume that there is some sort of bird dog/kick back arrangent with mortgage brokers. Our mistake for trusting anyone. We should have used our own lawyer.
I get the impression they use the time sensitive nature of the business to put people in a position where they feel they have no choice at that late date. Reprehensible way to conduct business.

Lorraine and her team did a great job guiding us with a private condo purchase for a very reasonable price. They were very timely in their responses at every step of the process.

Vladimir was great. He understood everything that I needed to have included in my will so that when I proof read it there were no changes and I could go with the 1st draft and sign.
