And let's not forget about the sleepless nights filled with trading charts beaming at my eyeballs like some sort of digital torture chamber. It's truly baffling how something as subtle yet profound as a high-quality pen sliding across virgin paper (thanks to, I kid you not, my therapist) could possibly bring solace in times like these; it was just one of those moments where everything seemed irrelevant except for that elusive sense of control over my own digital transactions. Of course the financial losses hurt - oh boy do they ever! My account balance froze at an absurdly crippling low point akin to being trapped behind bars with no parole possible anytime soon (thanks, and by thanks I mean you know what). For those who are paying attention please allow me a moment of intense hand-shaking-induced exhaustion courtesy that aged washing machine.
