I want to talk to Axis phone banking Officer

I just wanted to talk to Axis phone banking officer and i have been trying for more than a week,
but Axis Phone banking service is terrible, is very poor and unhelpful. Dealing with the automated message (lady voice Axa) has been a
frustrating experience. I’ve found the Phone banking service to be consistently unsatisfactory and does not meet acceptable standards.
The Axis Phone banking care system is ineffective. It keeps playing automated messages and doesn't connect to a real officer. There are serious issues with how Phone banking support is to be handled. There’s a clear need for improvement in your Phone banking service. My experience with your Phone Banking has been disappointing, and I hope steps are taken to improve it

A Total Disaster After Citibank Became Axis Bank

I’ve been a loyal Citibank credit card customer for 14 years (since 2011) — never missed a payment, never faced an issue. But ever since Axis Bank took over Citibank’s credit cards, it’s been an absolute nightmare.

In my recent statement, the total due was ₹83,543. I paid the minimum due before the due date and cleared the remaining ₹12,000 just four days later. To my shock, Axis Bank charged an outrageous ₹5,000 in “late fees and interest” for just a few days’ gap — even though the major payment was already made on time.

When I contacted customer support, instead of resolving the issue, they threw a copy-paste paragraph full of excuses, claiming they charge interest from transaction date to statement date, statement date to payment date, and even payment date to next statement! Basically, no matter when you pay, they find a way to extract interest from you.

Their customer service is robotic, unhelpful, and lacks basic common sense. The agents just repeat scripted lines without listening to the problem. This is not the Citibank experience we signed up for — this is pure mismanagement and exploitation under Axis Bank.

Axis Bank has turned a once-premium, transparent credit card experience into a money trap full of hidden charges, confusing policies, and zero empathy.

If you still hold a Citibank-converted Axis Bank credit card — close it immediately. There are far better and more ethical banks out there that actually value their customers.

Axis Bank = high interest, poor service, zero accountability.
They have lost the trust of long-term Citibank customers like me, and I truly regret not cancelling sooner.

My mother's account was opened without…

My mother's account was opened without her consent for promotional purposes. Now, due to her inability to maintain a 25k balance, they are deducting funds without notice. When she tried to close the account, they said it couldn't be done for a year and required a 50k deposit. what a pathetic ssystem they have

I have recently opened an NRI account

I have recently opened an NRI account, but I still have not received the welcome kit. The communication from your side has also been very poor, which is very disappointing. Initially, I believed Axis Bank would provide good service, but my experience so far has been quite unsatisfactory.

Axis not following its policy

I have a worst experience with the Axis bank credit card .They have a policy not to pay the online transaction related to online games.But they allowed less than 10k per day / transaction for online games.Once we used it...then they separately charged for that transaction amount and gst as well.Axis bank only need to give justification for this.

Very bad service

Very bad service. I have been charged 1403, which Credit Card, is not related to me, and since it's not mine, they have reported this to CIBIL, and now it's affecting my score.
After speaking to them many times with their customer care, but issue has not been resolved yet.
AXIS BANK, plz take initiative.

Axis Bank service just sucks

Axis Bank service just sucks. Their system across the company and the part which they acquired from Citibank are not connected and their employees have very little knowledge about NRI banking. Their relationship manager from HQ are useless and give you more headache rather than solving problem. All NRIs stay away from Axis bank if you want headache free banking.

Third grade overdraft loan system

Third grade overdraft loan system, most of the time they run behind technical issues and deduct emi anytime of month and even have courage to add penal charges and ruin CIBIL. Worstest customer service, they are internally not updated with information and they ask customer to share information.

I would have given Axis Bank 0 stars if I could.

If fraud happens on your credit card, don’t expect Axis Bank to help you ever. Even if you report it immediately, call them, email them, and follow up repeatedly, they will do NOTHING.

They’ll waste your time, toss you around from one department to another, and when you’re exhausted, they’ll simply wash their hands off and make you pay for it. No support. No accountability. No resolution.

Axis Bank has proven to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with. After this experience, I’ve stopped using every single Axis product because what’s the point of banking with someone who abandons you the moment you need them?

Stay away from Axis Bank. If fraud happens, you’re completely on your own.

Alert …

Alert …. Never ever take any product from Axis Bank. You will be in big trouble. I have taken credit card from this bank and ended up with so many hidden charges, they will loot you referring interest charges and company terms and condition. Even their banking ombudsman is of no use … your issue will remain same and you gonna increase your BP. End of the day, you will feel harassment and looted huge money. My sincere request… do not open saving accounts or take credit card or even demat accounts.
