This company does NOT stand behind its products!

We talked to the owner, Jeff, about buying a Target high piece count liquidation truckload. He told us this was a "premium load" that was the "best in the industry" and would contain "toys, electronics, housewares a little bit of other stuff", and these loads were in high demand by Whatnot sellers. He claimed that he was extremely honest and stood behind everything he sold, and we bought the load for just under $15,000 including freight. When it showed up and we opened 2 of the 24 pallets just to see if they were what was represented, we were initially very happy, because they looked like the pictures he sent, and I even called him to say "thank you" for the awesome shipment. Since we were advertising the pallets as unopened and untouched to our customers using the same descriptions Jeff told us about the load, people started buying the pallets based on that plus the video we created of the opening of the two pallets. Then the complaints started coming in that the pallets were loaded with junk. Worried, we opened a pallet so see what the issue was, and we were shocked once we got past the very first layer inside. We found broken and damaged toys, toys with missing pieces and torn boxes. Many of them, as well as any other electronic items in the pallets, had stickers on them saying the items were to be returned to reverse logistics because they were defective. There were small packs of paper plates, used, damaged cookware, broken dish sets, damaged clear plastic drawer sets, individual sheets just thrown in, broken coffee mugs and vases, plastic plants with broken or damaged pots, dozens of $.49 notebooks, many trial size bottles of no-name shampoo, plastic ice trays (many broken or bent and unusable), and in one pallet we found more than 200 loose coat hangers. There was not a single intact item in any of the pallets worth more than $20, and most items in each pallet were priced at $3 or less. Even the undamaged ones wouldn't get that much at a flea market or on Whatnot. Buying these loads means that with freight, you're at about $3 an item in cost, and THAT assumes everything in the pallets can be sold, but at least half of each pallet was nothing but broken or damaged junk. My initial text message after discovering this was angry, to be sure, and I could have handled it better, but he went on the attack and said he "wasn't going to talk about this right now". Despite his promises of standing behind his products, Jeff has done nothing but try to put us on the defensive, making it our fault that he wasn't going to help us. Then he claimed that we can't sue him because he has disclaimers all over the place that protect him, but he doesn't. There isn't a single disclaimer anywhere on his website, nor is there a disclaimer on his invoices. He was incredibly disrespectful to my wife, and I will be taking action against him and his company for basically stealing $15,000 from us. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
