You did great but the delivery driver left the parcel outside my gate. if it had been raining the parcel would have getten wet if the parecel was left out side my door it would have been under cover as the door is reccessed.

Company used Evri who did not tell me…
Company used Evri who did not tell me they needed a signature, and aborted the delivery without giving a reason.
Would not bother to look at Axminster in future, there are plenty of similar organisations.

The goods were despatched on the 13th April not with a signature required service, so I will raise this with the courier for further information. I can see the goods were delivered to you on the 16th April, after delivery was attempted on the 15th April.

Great company, lack of stores!
I would have given 5 stars if I was able to go to an actual shop to buy tools and things that I needed, however Axminster has closed the nearest store (Bobbing near Sittingbourne) so I have no other option than to order online and wait for my orders to be delivered
I am currently waiting for a saw to be delivered, where I could have driven to the store and bought it on the same day if stock permitted
