Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the website, describing it as difficult to navigate and prone to freezing or blocking users as bots. Customers also frequently encountered issues with the app, finding it unreliable and often unable to display tickets or process information correctly. The payment process was a major source of frustration, with many reporting difficulties in completing transactions or receiving refunds. Reviewers consistently highlighted the lack of effective customer service, noting the absence of human contact options, unresponsive helplines, and unhelpful chatbots. Some people also experienced problems with updating personal information like phone numbers, which further complicated their ability to access tickets or manage their accounts.

Axs formally Ticket Factory

No option for no stars which is what’s deserved …
I booked theatre tickets months ago using and email address I can no longer access
The E Tickets were sent to an email address I no longer have access to and I couldn't retrieve them
It took me 3 days trying to find a telephone number that doesn’t exist for Axs
AEG said send them an email they will deal with it in urgency order .. well they haven’t replied and I’ve missed the event and two weeks later they still haven’t contacted me
I had insurance with XCover.com but to connect to the website you need to clarify the email address you booked the tickets with .. as I said previously I can no longer access this email .. so that was pointless . so I’ve paid for tickets and insurance to an event I didn’t attend and no one is contactable within these companies. I’ll think twice before I use them again awful way to run a company Axs brought out Ticket Factory so be very careful everyone

Would give them minus 100 stars if I…

Would give them minus 100 stars if I could. AXS blocked me as they thought I was a bot. It has taken over a week to convince them I am not. I have been pushed from pillar to post trying to sort this out. It prevented me purchasing tickets which have now sold out. No apology. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

Terrible service

Unfortunately no option to score 0. Truly terrible service, customer service is a bot which is totally useless, you can raise a ticket but just get an automated email saying they are busy. Will NEVER EVER use AXS again. Beware

Absolute garbage company

Where do i start,
The sales link is not unique ensuring bots get the tickets, absolutly no defense against scalpers that have their tickets sold for 500% de price with nothing done.
The selling page is also awful got kicked out 3 times on checkout.
And it is almost impossible to find out when tickets will be available for purchase not even searching everywhere on the web can you find information.

Pure shit!!

Extremely poor set up, ensuring my friends and I never had a chance to get tickets. If it can at all be avoided, I strongly recommend to stay away!! Shame I had to give 1 star at all…it should have been 0.

Do not resell tickets with this…

Do not resell tickets with this company. You will not get paid out and they will tell you that you will get paid in two weeks every time you ask about it. It’s been two months and they still haven’t paid me. No contact the phone. No respect for people’s time. A waste of breath and resources that other valuable people on earth could use

Scam alert

Faulty app, TERRIBLE customer service. It took me over a week and being hung up on for not wanting to provide my ip address to finally get logged into the app. I ended up having to threaten to report them as a fraudulent charge. What a huge headache. Avoid this place if possible.

Joke of a company! Run by morons

Responsible for the league of legends world's tickets in London. Messed up twice, scalpers paradise and they have no conscience for the community it has ruined the opportunity for! While other sites mark that tickets cannot be resold for more than their originating price... These melts allow bots to buy tickets then sell on 3rd party sites for 500% to 10000% mark up.... What a joke of a company!

The vulnerability of their ticket system is a joke and should be shut down immediately!

Scalper paradise

If it's a high demand event the bots will buy all their tickets. The existence of scalper websites is proof that these people are awful at their jobs and they will make you wait for sold out tickets too

Gigantic vulnerability on their ticket…

Gigantic vulnerability on their ticket sales site. After the queue process, the link to buy tickets is not unique, so if one bot gets through the queue early it can share that link and buy out the shop instantly. Incredibly lazy design and shows a lack of care and expertise by the company. Avoid if possible.

Absolutely pathetic

Absolutely pathetic, but nobody cares , you can't contact them, they've got a contract sell the tickets which mean no need to invest in appropriate IT etc When are venues going to start giving a crap about how the public is treated when trying to buy tickets for shows. Queued 6 times and 6 times got to front of queue to get a message saying sorry the links not working get back in the queue. Thanks for wasting my time you clowns

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I resold Billie ticket back in 2022 and to this day they are still refusing to pay me out my money! I have sat in multiple internet chat rooms all with apathetic people who keep telling me it's my problem. Not a single person was helped in any way. To this day I'm still £120 out of pocket. Thieving b**stards

Truly madly deeply AWFUL

I so wish I had read these reviews before buying and then reselling tickets on AXS... I have had a near identical experience to that of others who have left reviews here.

I resold the Peter Kay tickets months and months ago. I added my UK bank account (the same one I used to buy the tickets by the way so no change at all there) as the account to repay. I have since been in a loop in terms of trying to get it paid out.

Apparently - since May - I am supposed to be getting an email from PayPal/Hyperwallet because they have flagged a problem and I must respond with the information they request. However I don't have a PayPal/Hyperwallet account and I have not received an email from them either. I have had to check my spam every day since May!

I also have a big problem with PayPal - apparently they are going to be asking me for personal information eg proof of address, copy of ID etc...I don't trust them and don't want to send them any personal information. I don't see why they need it - if I asked for a different account to be paid then I do accept further checks may be needed but this is the same account I used to buy the tickets in the first place. Does this not breach Data Protection laws?

So, here we are... still waiting, over an hour waiting for live chat then no further forward after explaining it all to them...again....Will I ever get my money if PayPal don't send me the email?

I think my next step is Small Claims Court...has anyone else found away through this? Has anyone else sued them in SCC for their money back?

There does not seem to be a phone number to speak to an actual human so any ideas...anyone...

This company is an absolute joke, I logged in to purchase tickets to be denied thinking I’m a bot. So I’ve bought them elsewhere 😂 but yeah this company is useless.
