Sold tickets with payment details provided still not received the money after six weeks
Six weeks ago, I sold the tickets and provided the Paypal account at the time.
Still not received the money despite contacting their support which did not acknowledge the above.
I wish the pop star managers cared more and looked at these reviews I mean 1 star on trust pilot is awful.
Worst ticketing system I've experienced 🤬
We missed out on awesome seats for the foo fighters in Sydney because AXS system is garbage.
took payment and everything but no tickets after 48 hours of waiting, we called and there was no evidence they were purchased in their system..... so we missed out on them.
warning to event organisers, use Ticketek or Ticketmaster next time, at least their system works!
Apparently they sell tickets..
Apparently they sell tickets... wouldn't know because their site doesn't let me...
A very poor app, why are company using them?
I have purchased tickets for crufts and have had nothing but trouble accessing AXS site. I just hope l will be able to retrieve my tickets on the day!
AXS are incompetent and unhelpful
AXS are incompetent and unhelpful. I have been waiting for them to close an account since 6/7/25 it is now 7/2/26. The could not help on the phone. They have not helped in spite of several emails. They did not have the ability to change the phone number. They are useless and deserve 0 stars.
Very poor website
I already have virtual tickets for an event. I've changed my phone number so the AXS app will no longer work because it is phone number dependent. Trying to change my phone number proved to be impossible. I spent about 4 hours on the app, and on my desktop. Everything is digital and the FAQ don't give you the answer. No real people. Negotiating this terrible website is like finding your way through a maze and time consuming. Very frustrating. However eventually I discovered a link to customer service which was hiding. Once there a human solved my problem!
Total waste of money! Massively misleading show!
I was one of many hundreds if not thousands that were appalled at the production you sold tickets for at the AO arena on 23rd December.
The whole show was an absolute disgrace, massively mis-advertised and the producers should be ashamed for advertising trailers for something that was so different to what was performed.
The expectation was a breathtaking cirque style show, instead we got amateur actors, a poor stage set out, cheap props, disgusting "glory hole" jokes, plus racist comments, totally inappropriate for children! Dont even get me started on the "magic flying bicycle" as advertised on the trailer which was a bicycle placed on top of a golf buggy!
What I thought would be a pre Christmas treat. Instead it cost me over £400 to watch utter rubbish. An expensive night which was utterly disappointing. Hundreds of complaints and yet axs refuse to take any responsibility and refund our money! Disgusting!
Unbelievably useless
Spent hours trying to book a show, should really have taken that as an omen and left it.
Axs advertised Wicked Wizard of Oz Cirque Spectacular as family entertainment but what we watched was anything but. Now refusing to refund tickets through Consumer Rights Act 2015 as the selling agent for Worldsbiggestproduction who put on this fiasco.
Great Experience for Live Events
As a Canadian fan attending events abroad, AXS has been a dependable ticket seller for me. The checkout process is straightforward, pricing is transparent, and my tickets worked perfectly at the venue. Everything went exactly as expected, making the whole experience stress-free. I’d definitely use AXS again.
NOT RECOMMENDED !!
NOT RECOMMENDED !!! BE AWARE !!! I spent several hours trying to buy a ticket for Disney on Ice. Was blocked as a bot 3 times, spoke to tech support on AXS website. Unblocked and again on the final stage stopped by the payment method. 3 different devices, 4 different cards, and all the time unable to purchase. The worst thing is that my Monzo allowed to send the money twice, and now I need to wait for a refund, no idea for how long. I reported them through my bank as a SCAM. NIGHTMARE!
Worst website ever?
Useless website that is inconsistent, fails to take payments and only interested in upselling their crap and selling your data to 3rd parties
Do not sell tickets on this platform
Do not sell tickets on this platform, they will hold onto your money for months on end while they decide what they would like to pay you from the originally stated amount you sold them for. This company is a complete sham
AXS scoundrels have now written on 14 occasions…
I have now written on 14 occasions regarding missing tickets for ABBA. I have received various responses from their bots Jane, Joe, Paige, Kerry et al some saying they have phoned me and left messages. This is bare faced lies. They will plumb the very depths to avoid their responsibilities to customers. My real concern is I will have to cancel flights and accommodation. This is inexplicable. Is there no one I can complain to? Is there no regulatory body to whom these scoundrels are answerable? JMD Graham
Since writing the above Joe ( not a bot!) phoned and after some complex to-ing and fro-ing secured my tickets. The problem was the ticket box had the letters AU representing Apple User and not my details. You can change this by deleting and substituting your own email and password. This doesn’t make up for the near two weeks of no responses and angst.
Frustration!
Very disappointing that Abba voyage are using this company for ticket purchases. I have experienced a great deal of frustration in the initial purchasing and then trying to view the tickets. Password kept getting rejected and resetting it didn't work.
Why can't they go back to the old ticketing system where they could be stored in Google wallet.
This site is a joke
This site is a joke.
It’s so nervous about ‘Bots’ and security that it triggers false alarms if you fart in the wrong way.
Lot of negative comments out there. I appreciate it’s a numbers game but if their management would take the time to look at the negative reviews they might take steps to rebalance the system and avoid having to employ so many customer service agents to deal with the fallout.
Worst Ever
Unfortunately, 0 stars is not an option. I could not buy a ticket. Using my laptop, after getting repeatedly kicked out of the system, I was able to select my seats, but when I tried to checkout, then got kicked out again. So I tried my phone. I could select seats, but when I went to check out, just watched the little circle gor around while the clock ticked down and timed me out. Overall, worst ticket buying experience ever.
I bought a ticket from Cocksparrer back…
I bought a ticket from Cocksparrer back on March 2nd, tried to log in to AXS account, but it's not possible as AXS clearly avoid having any customer services.
I can't get in to my account because I no longer have the same phone number as I did when I bought the ticket.
AXS are a dodgy company, the website is no help.
Avoid this company like the plague!
Dreadful
Dreadful! No option for customer support. Will not allow me to make changes in my account. Hours wasted trying to do anything on their website - which is not fit for purpose. Avoid!!
Why are there no humans available to speak to!
Why are there no humans available to speak to?! Never had issues like this before with companies like Ticketmaster, See Tickets etc. impossible to access/view my tickets in the app. No option to click 'Done' once enter email/password. Thankfully still 7 months to go until the gig but I'm not feeling optimistic about accessing tickets when it comes to it - a surprise Christmas present for my husband
Shame i cannot leave 0 stars
Shame i cannot leave zero stars. We've spent hours trying to buy tickets for the Radiohead concert, only for the payment to be rejected at the last step (we've tried with 3 different payment methods from 2 different computers, called our bank, nothing!). Totally impossible to speak to a human being at axs, only the useless virtual assistanr, a disconnected phone number and a WhatsApp number that nobody responds to). Stay away from them!!!
