I think that both the mobile and desktop versions of AXS could be seriously improved as it's buggy and difficult to access information or to speak to a real person when you find difficulty. This being said, when I did finally get through to an agent, Grace, she was extremely helpful and competent. Thank you, Grace, for solving my problems, you are a real asset to AXS!

Very quick refund sorted today, but it wasn’t obvious on the app how to trigger a refund and it appeared I had to resell the tickets. Despite dropping the price I wanted on the app, the website didn’t alter its price. I contacted the chat today via the app. Initially this took me to a chat in the USA, who couldn’t assist. Overall the process of securing a refund is not user friendly and is too lengthy and complicated.

Once I was connected to an advisor, her name is Esther, I advised that my E-tickets had not been sent to my email. The concert is this coming Sunday 28/6/26 and it's now Friday 26th June. Esther sent the tickets over to me immediately. I was so happy as I had contacted them yesterday and was told I would receive them imminentely, but they had not arrived.
So a BIG thank you to Esther.

The 28th of June still no attempt at support from AXS here - Bought ticket for
Garth Brooks in London couldn’t go the ticket s are through AXS only got the tickets a few weeks before the event - surprise a load more tickets go on sale when the previous tickets are released mine which are on sale on AXS much cheaper than what I paid are still unsold all the late sale Ticketmaster tickets sold immediately horrible experience between BST and AXS no trading standards here at all.
As usual all the fake positive posters have 1 or 2 reviews.
Questions
1 why did my tickets not sell on AXS despite being about 30% cheaper than my original purchase price?
2 why did the Ticketmaster late release tickets all sell despite being for sale after my listing in AXS and being more expensive
3 why could I not resell tickets in Ticketmaster when I bought them through them.
4 why are AXS able to sell through Ticketmaster late released tickets
5 what should I do now stuck between AXS who provide zero support and now had to go to Viagogo who say the tickets sold but unclaimed yet. Down about 40% so far on this shambles that’s if I even see a penny for all this - looking forward to your explanation AXS
