Disappointing support
Yesterday, I recharged my Ayar account to purchase tokens, but I never received the tokens. After leaving a 1-star review on the Play Store, your team asked me to contact support via email. I sent an email, and then I was instructed to contact you on WhatsApp. I provided all the required evidence, including my payment details and transaction proof. It has now been more than 24 hours, and I still have not received any solution or update regarding my issue. This level of support is very disappointing.
