I am writing this review after a shocking experience with Ayvens customer support regarding unauthorized Tesla deductions from my bank account. Tesla confirmed these charges originated from a business account (Ayvens) and not my personal profile, yet when I called Ayvens to resolve this, I was met with complete incompetence and rudeness.
The agent I spoke to refused to investigate, claimed it wasn't them, and tried to send me back to Tesla despite Tesla already confirming the source. When I simply asked for an email confirming that Ayvens did not initiate the transaction (so I could provide proof to Tesla), the agent blatantly refused. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone else, he became incredibly rude and hung up the phone on me.
To make matters worse, when I called back to file a complaint, I was told they are "unable to transfer calls to managers or team leads." It is terrifying that a company handling financial transactions operates a call center with no escalation path and no accountability. If you have an issue here, you are on your own.

Flexible and fast service
After 10 months of private lease with Ayvens, I am very happy with their flexible and fast service. The process of getting the lease was straightforward, maintenance/tyre change is easily managed in the app.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service
I am absolutely shocked by how incredibly unprofessional and downright rude Ayvens has been. My request was simple and completely reasonable: due to the pregnancy of my wife, I needed to reschedule the date for returning the car. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of understanding or basic human decency, Ayvens refused to think along with me in any way. The complete lack of empathy is unbelievable.
Trying to reach them by phone is a nightmare. After waiting endlessly in the queue, they simply hang up the moment you finally get through. No call back, no follow-up, nothing. It is beyond disrespectful.
Emails are ignored as well, questions go unanswered, concerns are dismissed, and you’re left with no support whatsoever. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding for a company of this size.
Ayvens has shown me that they do not care about their customers, their situation, or even basic communication. This experience has been one of the most frustrating and discourteous I have ever dealt with. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this company.

If you want to be treated like a fool
Ayvens personnel is not even aware about their own processes or mails they sent.
Car delivery rescheduled multiple times because they didn't arrange for their expert to check the previous car.
EV charging pass still on the way. Multiple reminders (phone and email) get the same default reply. It took them more than a month to ask for my address, despite me communicating it every time again.
This company is the perfect example of everything that can go wrong. If you want terrible customer experience, I would highly recommend them.

Nevertheless My Ayvens proposed another car repair shop and that was a very warm experience.
Next time I need service for my car I will ask My Ayvens to do a proposal again instead of choosen my official dealer.

Terrible assistance
For a year all went smooth but be aware something happens. Breakdown and their advertised breakdown service not reachable at all. So had to arrange assistance myself. Being already without a car 5 days. Their promise to keep you mobile, any feedback from customer service? Radio silence and no replies. Will be half a months without a car, no assistance at all. That’s not what I expect from a leasing company. Happy when my contract ends. Never again.
Update as it is getting worse.
- had to drive back my replacement car 100km and travel to Belgium myself to pick up my repaired car
- reimbursement of the promised coverage for travel costs pending although overdue
- cherry on the top. Today they have the audacity to send a bill for 2 days replacement vehicle for the first 48 hours. Yes that is in my contract, but funny enough I was 6 days without replacement vehicle due to their bad service.
Ayvens is only quick when it comes to charge you. Service is not existing.

Terribly slow service & heavily increased prices since July 2025
Terribly slow service.
ALD and Leaseplan performed a fusion into ayvens and renewed their platform in june 2025.
Since the new platform prices went up 10% (I have a simulation from leaseplan in april and a simulation of ayvens in july for the same offer).
Also the communication is terrible. You have to wait a week for a response on questions. My colleague had an expired offer from the car dealer because ayvens was to slow.

Extremely Poor Communication and Unilateral Contract Changes
Communicating with Ayvens is nearly impossible. Emails go unanswered, and when you call, you're constantly placed on hold. If someone finally picks up, you're transferred to another person who also can't help you.
I've been trying to get in touch for 117 days now because Ayvens unilaterally changed my lease contract. Even after I explicitly refused the change—and received written confirmation from Ayvens that the amendment would be considered void—they still pushed it through unexpectedly.
Since then, despite repeated attempts to contact them, there has been complete radio silence. As mentioned, this has been going on for 117 days and counting.
