The after service is bizarrely bad
The after service is bizarrely bad. They pull their hands on everything and report everything to the dealer who then points to the leasing company.
It seems like there is no set process…
It seems like there is no set process for after lease service and support. I had requested for an installation of an accessory and it took multiple emails providing conflicting information every time and long waiting times. I had requested an installation of a rear parking camera in my car and every time it's a ping pong between Ayvens and dealer. I am disappointed with the support

I am trying to reach out to you via email + phone call for weeks to get an answer on what are the steps to stop earlier my lease contract.
I had 0 answer to any of my emails + when i called and finally got someone, the quality was terrible, and the call got disconnected from your side, without nobody trying to reach me back.
I would like to have my question answered.

Before it was Ayvens is was leaseplan. We had a 5 year lease.
I will never lease with these people again.
I got a flat tire at one point.
In panick I called ANWB directly. That wasn't allowed. This all happend on a monday
I first had to cancel the help I was going to get and had to explain the whole situation again. From start to finish I was stuck in the car for 5 hours. Then it took a whole week to get the tire fixed. Cause I couldn't bring the tire to the garage I got the car from no no. It had to go to tirecenter. Which I didn't get told till tuesday afternoon cause the ANWB people told me to take it to the garage.
Getting anything done for the car you have to call/contact them first. You can't just go to the garage you picked it up from.
Also, you can't turn it in a few days earlier. You can only turn it in on the last day of the lease. Not before.
For the amount that we paid per month we would have had a really nice car. Now we are glad to be rid of them.

Proffesional lease car company with excellent client support. All you need is via your online account on their platform. I recomend LeasePlan as an option if you need a car.
Unfair charge on small scratches
I returned the car before the end of the contract. When they did the inspection there were some scratches from parking lots and they charged me 300 euros for 2 of those scratches. Looking at the brochure that I received when I did the lease those scratches should be acceptable, actually, they look more like dirt or very subtle scratches. I feel that the treatmeant that I received is unfair.

Be aware of Leaseplan charging you for damages on return of the car. During the inspection, the person collecting the car saw some minor scratches/small dent and advised this is "normal wear and tear" but I subsequently got an invoice from LeasePlan and they refused to annul it and advised that the person collecting the car, eventhough it is arranged by them, has no authority to comment. So take photos for your own records. I will never use LeasePlan again.
