Fast delivery and parts worked as expected

Ordered 2 items, via Amazon Prime ... 1 delivered. Resolution is via AZ directly, not via Amazon ...

Slow to answer the emails (took nearly 2 days) ... promised to send a replacement, a week later it is still not here.

I have had good experiences with the support team. They have always been helpful and have always responded promptly, within about an hour, and solved the issues swiftly.

They have full support for their products. Datasheets, user manuals, and sometimes example code. The individual parts are in antistatic bags and also in nice boxes. If you choose free shipment depending on your place you may experience delays and also you may not be able to track the package. I frequently buy their products on Amazon. I also tried direct orders from their Germany site (lower prizes). I found customer support good. They promptly answered my inquiry about late delivery. Good IoT selections for Arduino, ESP32/8266.

Quick delivery and polite customer-service.

The goods were sent promptly even though I didn't pay for priority-handling. Although I haven't tested the products extensively the they seem to work as expected. While the online order status was broken the customer-service was quick to respond to my questions. The shipping took it's sweet time, but the Swedish postal service is rather infamous for it's inability to handle international mail in an expedient manner.
