Good customer service response time.
Atish did a great job looking into my inquiry and getting back to me in a good time frame to help me make my shopping decisions. Everytime I reach out to Aza their customer service reaches out within an hr despite a most likely 12hr time difference.

I've always have a great experience with Aza - They have a wide selection of desinger products. Their customer support and sales teams are extremely helpful - I needed an outfit on priority and while the delivery date was showing much later, Asif from the sales team was extremely helpful by getting in touch with the designer and arranging an earlier delivery. And to add to it their customer support is available 24/7

Massive delay, unfinished order
Updated review: team eventually got me 9/10 items and refunded the 10th one after an email chain of 50+ total.

1/10 items delivered for order 727849.
The company refuses to call me to discuss, offer a replacement or refund. Their courier partners for two weeks have given no further information.
My wedding is in two weeks and this company has let me down so badly and is not helping at all. Would never recommend or use again.
