Vertical card displays shipped to Canada

Customer service
I had a issue of not receiving my order, and customer service contacted FedEx right away and got the date, time and picture of the delivery emailed to me which help me locate it. My package was delivered to the wrong house.

Terrible Return Policy
Would have given a 4 star review simply based on the product alone, but when I attempted to return one of the displays I ordered, they insisted on charging me a 20% restocking fee on top of paying for the shipping cost of the item. To return a $25 display, I would have received a $10 refund based on their excessive charges. Terrible customer service policy that's obviously meant to deter customers from returning their product. Will never buy from them again.
