Different condition than what was on Image.
Clothes were creased and had brown fluff on it that looked as though it had been worn before. It was totally different from what was online unfortunately.
It was a shame because I thought this was going to be a great gift to but it couldn’t be given because of the condition.

I'm sorry to hear that the item didn’t meet your expectations. However, I’d like to clarify a few points. Clothing may sometimes arrive with creasing due to packaging and transit - this is completely normal and doesn’t reflect prior use, as the item was brand new.
When you contacted us regarding the return, you mentioned that the item wasn’t what you expected and that you didn’t like the design. There was no mention of any condition-related concerns, such as brown fluff or the item appearing used.
That said, we processed your return and issued a refund immediately upon receiving the item, which you should have now received.
We’re always striving to provide the best experience possible, and we appreciate all feedback, even when it’s critical, as it helps us improve.
