I bought a prom dress for my daughter

I bought a prom dress for my daughter. I ordered a uk16. The label says uk16 But according to the dress measurements on the website its a size uk 10 with a 16 label stuck in it. When I contacted customer services it sais wait 2 days for a reply, then it was 8 to 12 days for a reply.

I have given Azazie 24 hours to reply…

I have given Azazie 24 hours to reply to me email, tried online chat (nobody available) no reply to my email hence why I am writing on TP as this seems to be the only platform they reply to when getting a bad review. I received my dress yesterday brand new (not in the sale) I have never been more disgusted buying clothing online. The dress is covered in either dog / cat hair, dust all over it, multiple stains what looks like ink marks all over it, creased to hell. It literally looks like it has been used to sweep up a floor its absolutely disgusting it went straight back in the back it is going no where near me ! I will await their response and update my review accordingly based on their response !

Very poor quality

My wife ordered a dress for CHF 84.- (= over 100 USD). The quality is so bad it makes dresses from SHEIN look good. For the price it is almost a scam. She’s very disappointed because the dress is unwearable. We don’t recommend to order on this website.

Home Try on Bridesmaid dresses great

So far the dresses from Azazie have been an excellent quality and they arrive fairly quickly. I like their Home Try-on service where you can try dresses for $10 each and then send back whatever you don’t like (if you decide to keep one then you get 15% off the regular price). The downside is that you may only check out 6 dresses at a time, and it’s hard to keep track of whether they’ve received your return yet or not in order to be able to place another order quickly. Customer service is slow as they have a high volume of inquiries, but Alyssa from Customer Service was quite nice and helpful via email. It’s hard to find bridesmaid dresses where I live so Azazie is actually a really great option to try something on. They have a great selection of colors and styles, but just know that if you have a question, it might take them a bit to get back to you (for me it took about a week).

I recently ordered a dress from Azazi…

I recently ordered a dress from Azazi for a special ceremony, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn’t attend. I emailed their customer service, explaining the situation, and their understanding completely blew me away. They provided a full refund. The customer service was just incredible so kind and accommodating. And the dress itself? Absolutely gorgeous, the material is amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend Azazi to anyone such a wonderful experience!

Great response from Azazie

Great response from Azazie. Slightly awkward booking process as I had to make individual booking for each one in our party. However, Patrick was quick to respond and was reassuring that we would be welcomed on arrival.

would not recommend

After returning my try-on dresses, my account was suddenly locked without explanation. From there, everything went downhill. I had to find a workaround just to place my actual order, and even then, none of my cards would go through. It was nothing but issues from the start.

When I finally received my custom-sized dress, it didn’t fit properly — which completely defeats the purpose of ordering custom in the first place. I spent FOREVER trying to return it through customer service which I finally figured out but still haven't received my refund.

It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund even though they received my dress back over a month ago. Every attempt to contact customer service has been frustrating — either you’re waiting hours to get a response or days go by with no resolution.

For a company that markets itself around convenience and reliability for important events, this experience was the exact opposite. I would not recommend Azazie and won’t be using them again.

I reviewed your account and can see you’ve already been in communication with our Customer Service team. This situation became complicated because you filed a chargeback was filed with your credit card company before the items were returned. When that happens, the system automatically flags the account for fraud and temporarily freezes it until the dispute is resolved.

Once a chargeback is opened, the bank takes over the case, which prevents us from processing refunds or making changes on our side until the dispute is closed. This is why you experienced issues placing new orders and why your account was restricted.

Working directly with our Customer Service team is always the best and fastest way to resolve any order or return concerns. Filing a chargeback before the return is completed or before we’ve had a chance to assist can create delays and complications like this.

Custom sizing inaccurate

I ordered the Geneva dress in custom sizing and it was way too big on me. I had myself measured by a professional so I know my measurements were accurate. Obviously it is non refundable so I had to pay so much in alterations. And I tried posting a review on their website but it won’t go through LOL. The fabric itself was really nice though.

Phenomenal Customer Service

For the last few years as a bridesmaid the bride has usually chosen azazie for her dresses and every time I have an amazing experience. The dresses are great quality, never see through, and super affordable. To this day, I now find myself shopping on Azazie for wedding guest dresses, even without being a bridesmaid. I just recently had a pleasure of dealing with Alessandra in customer service to help with getting a reimbursement for Alterations after ordering custom sizing and it needing a little fine tuning. She went above and beyond and was super communicative. I will happily be a customer of Azazie for years to come!

Amazing

I'm getting married for the second time and wanted a small, intimate wedding. I ordered a bridesmaid-dress for my wedding dress. My mom measured me so that I could have it customized. I got the dress today and was absolutely amazed at how well it fit, the beautiful color, and how well made it is. I couldn't be happier. It's absolutely gorgeous and fits like a glove. Well done, Azazie!! I wish I could give you more stars!

Excellent customer service

Camille, the customer representative, bent backwards to help me with a minor problem. She resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction. I purchased 4 dresses, all are beautiful, and shipping was fast. I will purchase more items from Azazie for formal parties. Thank you, Camille, thank you, Azazie.

A beautiful, very well made dress

My dress was even more beautiful than the photograph showed. It fit perfectly, was the exact colour as on the photograph and was beautifully made. It looked much more expensive than it was. I lost count of the compliments received about this dress on my son's wedding day. The ordering process was easy and my dress arrived early. I would definitely recommend this company. A well deserved five stars! Thank you

I had a wonderful first experience with…

I had a wonderful first experience with Azazie. My order was split into 3 seperate orders due to different shipping dates. All the information was clear and well communicated with my orders. Due to the complexity of it all, I was frequently in touch with Alexis from Azazie who was absolutely awesome. She was very attentive, kind, and courteous. She went above and beyond to correct any concerns and assist me with a complex situation. In regards to their dresses, the quality seems to be outstanding. You absolutely get great quality dresses for your special occasions. They have a great variety of outfits to pick from which is why I will definitely be back to order again. I would 100% recommend Azazie for your next event.

I cannot express how grateful I am to…

I cannot express how grateful I am to the customer support team. I sent an email in an absolute panic after discovering my return label had expired after an already stressful week. A representative responded promptly and so kindly. I will definitely recommend Azazie for anyone looking for their wedding needs. Aside from this situation being so kindly resolved and taking one less thing off my plate, the dress I kept is beautiful and amazing quality. Will always have good things to say about the products and customer support at Azazie!

Reordered dress due to sewing malfunction, received the EXACT SAME DRESS

I am extremely disappointed as I have now ordered two dresses from them. The first one I received and the pad in the bra was sewn in completely bunched up. They made me pay for shipping to send it back and I had to go through customer service to get my shipping costs back plus basically beg for a discount to reorder the exacts same dress and by exact same dress, I mean they literally shipped me the exact dress that was sewn wrong the first time. Absolutely ridiculous and clearly no quality checks from the company. If you want stress free ordering and good quality dresses, go anywhere else.

We also reached out requesting a few photos (the garment tag and images of the sewing issue) so we can document the defect with our production team. We haven’t heard back yet, but once we receive those photos, we’ll be able to finalize the case on our side.

Sharmaine is great!

Sharmaine made my return experience really easy, and she was extremely nice and quick responding! Although, I am disappointed I couldn’t just do a quick exchange of my fiancé’s vest to a smaller size, the process for receiving a credit to use on the new purchase was a quick turnaround.
I have used Azazie many times for wedding related things & will continue to use this website in the future.

Extremely late delivery

We have placed an order on the 11/03 thereafter the expected delivery date has been moved up twice making this impossible to be in-time for my wedding . The support was ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ and 10% refund. This can’t solve the problem that my bridesmaid won’t have a dress at my wedding.

Honestly will not recommend to anyone.
