The company has non-standard sizing and all the dresses ordered came in way undersized. Of course there was then no way to return the dresses so we were scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Do NOT use this company!

I had to return an order to get a different colour and Alexis was so helpful in helping me as I couldn’t find the “cancel order” on the particular order. Super fast and friendly, thanks again Alexis!!

0 stars if I could. Azazie is the worst retail experience I have ever had. Their Customer Service is appalling and has caused so much unnecessary stress for an already stressful event. I’ve already told my friends, I will not be in any more parties, if they choose to use this awful company.

I have so many great things to say about this company! I ordered my bridesmaids dresses in early December 2025 ( 7 months before my wedding). I was super excited to see that each dress was great quality, super affordable and comfortable for all nine of my girls ranging in different sizes and shapes for all under $800 ( thanks to the big sale going on around that time). To my surprise, I received all of the dresses within 10 days! Each girl loved their dress but I did have to return one. The return process was great and efficient and my refund amount was sent directly to my account within that same week. I ordered another dress that also came pretty fast.
This past week, two of my bridesmaids let me know they were pregnant and may need a bigger size dress. I hastily called customer service to see if I can get any assistance since the return policy no longer applied. Camille was absolutely amazing at helping me not only return one of the dress, but gave me a discount for the other non-refundable dress so we can purchase another one. My fiance and I were eternally grateful! Our wedding party is pretty big so being able to afford buying our bridal party’s dresses & groomsmen accessories (bow ties &pocket squares) was a dream. We are very happy to have used Azazie for all of our wedding needs. 10/10 company and customer service that truly understand “life happens”.

10/10 recommend Azazie! Based on the great reviews and beautiful dresses, I ordered a wedding dress and It’s the one! Very happy with the experience. I emailed with questions and was answered quickly along with a follow up call to ensure I was all set. The dress was delivered very quickly with express shipping and it also came in a free dress bag that doesn’t show what the dress looks like! I got the Azazie Colette and it did not disappoint . It’s my dream dress! The material feels more expensive than it is, the measurements for choosing a size were perfect, and the built in bra is amazing! Very comfortable and not super heavy. Lightweight compared to a lot of wedding dresses but with the same great quality. I’ll happily recommend Azazie to any bride I know and I’ll definitely be looking on the site for future formal dresses as well. I’m a very happy bride!

I ordered a suit from Azazie in my normal size. When I tried it on, it was at least one size smaller than what the dimensions were supposed to be. When I returned it using Fedex, I was given a window of time in which my refund was supposed to be available. Nothing showed up in that timeframe. I could not contact customer service, as their phone number does not actually work. When I tried the chat, it took my phone number, then hung up without connecting me to anyone. I found a random blog with an email address, which finally worked. It took several emails (and several weeks) to get a response, and they told me I had to wait another few weeks before I would see my refund. It finally arrived, and now I may not get the suit in time for the wedding because of all this. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Jhy has been very helpful with my order for my matron of honor dress. I am very grateful for his speedy response and helpfulness during this process. It's been frustrating at times but he's walked me through it.

Great customer service, amazing dresses

I was trying to figure out which colors would match with my chosen bridesmaids dress for my mothers MOB gown and one of Azazie’s representatives Emmy was SO incredibly helpful with coordinating colors with swatches and sending me photos, as well as helping determine which (floral) patterns would coordinate versus clash with MOH dress and my bridal gown and sending photos of the different fabrics and patterns. I appreciate the wide range of sizing as well for dresses!

I'm a first time Azazie customer and had a great experience with their customer service. When my order didn't arrive on time, I thought it had been lost and contacted support. They responded quickly and issued a refund the next day. Shortly after, the package actually arrived. I let them know, and they told me to keep the dresses at no charge. This definitely left a great first impression. I highly recommend Azazie.

This is the first and the last time I will order a dress from this company. I contacted them to talk about a return 1 day after receiving the dress and was just told that it was a final sale item. I knew this, and would have been fine with it, IF the dress came in a wearable state. This dress smelled so badly of bonfire or burnt plastic that it is unwearable. It is so strong that I hung it in a room to try to air it out and now the entire room smells like it. They would not talk about that, they just said, sorry, final sale! YIKES!

I bought a dress. It was a bit small, so I returned it. Got the return label from the company, did everything correct, and dropped it off at a fedex drop off location.
4 weeks later, I still wasn’t refunded. I call fed ex. They ask for the tracking number, which was on the return label AND confirmed by a azazie team member I chatted with, and fed ex stated that the tracking number was invalid. I left a review here that was negative and Azazie emailed me after stating they will give me a refund and look into it. I finally got my refund. I had returned the dress at the end of January and I received my refund in the end of March.

I ordered a few dresses to try on at home (what a great service to offer!), but I did not receive one of the dresses that I was charged for. I used the chat function on the website and Jhy was so kind, efficient, and quick to provide a solution. I am so appreciative of the great service provided. I will go out of my way to support this business simply because of the customer service they provide!

I ordered some ties and pocket squares for a wedding. Unfortunately, they were returned to sender by my local post office. Customer support from Jayson was top notch, and my shipment was back on the way in 2 days AND changed to Fedex to make sure they were actually delivered the second time around. They will make it in the nick of time just a few days before the wedding. Thank you Jayson!

Refunds for return takes a ridiculous amount of time. Have contacted them just to be told ‘refunds will be processed within 4-6 business days of the item arriving in our warehouse’

I sent the order back on 10/02 the order was then delivered by Royal Mail on 13/02
I recieved an email from azazie on 20/02 to say it was now in the warehouse and was being processed and would be 10-14 days to process the return and they would then email me to say that I have been refunded.
It is now 11/03 so it’s been 19 days since the package was starting to be ‘processed in the warehouse’ so I chased up azazie as no acknowledgement to say I have now been refunded and it’s way over the timescales they have told me and that is stated on their website return policy.. to then get a email response stating ‘the package arrived on the 20/02 and it takes 4-6 business days to process, you will then be refunded’ I KNOW THIS and no one is acknowledging that it’s actually already over this timescale and not confirming to me where my refund is? Haven’t even bothered to acknowledge that it’s over the timescales and no explanation why? Getting very frustrating the package has been with them a month now. Shocking that I am being made to wait this long.
Order number is ZZ4717370465GB hopefully Azazie can actually look at finally refunding one very disappointed customer who won’t be buying with them again.

I have ordered a couple dresses from Azazie. First off, the dresses were exactly as pictured, and the quality was outstanding. I will say one of the dresses did not fit me as well in the shoulder and hip area so I called customer service looking for help. . I am not saying this lightly, their customer service hands-down is the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this company and I will forever be a loyal customer.
