Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. I'm a new customer and had visited the store on the very positive recommendation of a friend who also lives locally. I had brought in a new bike that I needed to be assembled. The store did the assembly within just a few hours. When I collected the bike (same day) they talked through a few things to be aware of re components etc - it really felt like they had gone the extra mile to provide absolutely all information I could possibly need as a new bike owner. I was served by Marco who was very informative and friendly also. It has been a fantastic experience overall. 10/10 would recommend!
