Amazing Service, amazing product

I found the item easily on Azuma Outdoor website. Ordering was very easy. Delivery was very swift and was excellent. The garden pot mover was exactly what I wanted. It was easy to assemble and brilliant to use. A company I would recommend. Definitely 5⭐️ service.

Cant review as when item ordered it took a few days for Azuma Outdoor to reply and inform me that a refund had been granted with no reason as to why.

Great sturdy trolley/cart, made our camping trip that much easier wheeling a heavy big tent, chairs, food/drinks, etc. on uneven ground. It folds easily in a quite compact way so doesn't take up much space in the tent or at home. It also comes with a handy cover to keep it nicely stored away. It's all about the details! Very happy with it, would totally recommend.

Quick delivery. Great BBQ. Took a little while to put together but not too bad overall.

I ordered 2 sunloungers on 21/7/21 and received an email confirming that my order was getting ready for shipping. I then received an email stating that the products was on pre-order. On 2/8/21 I received an email stating that the products had been delayed by a few days but will arrive at Azuma later that week. As I was about to go on holiday the following week I asked for a guarantee that they would be delivered to me no later than 10/8/21. I was informed that they would be delivered by that date. Consequently I agreed not to cancel my order. On 9/8/21I received an email confirming that the order was out for delivery with DPD but DPD's tracking system did not recognise the details. On 10/8/21 I received another email stating that the order was sent by APC (who?). I was requested to contact Azuma if my order did not arrive by 6.00pm and a full refund would be made. My order was not delivered on !0/8/21. On 11/8/21 I received an email confirming that a full refund had been issued. I also received a txt stating that the refund had been paid. It was not and when I asked for an explanation I was told that it could take up to 10 days before the refund is paid. Azuma could take my payment on the day the order was placed but they could not arrange for the refund to be made until up to 10 working days. I think it is fare to say I will not be using this company again. Other potential customers can decide whether or not to place an order with this company

Fantastic customer service, after receiving a damaged item, they sent me a new one straight away, I received the following day. Awesome.
