Ordered a set 10.11.2025, sent several messages. Absolute rubbish and a scam. Stay well away.

I saw an Azure ad on social media promising a discount code if I gave them my email. I did - and they sent a code. But when I tried to use it on several bottles of their Batana oil during their Black Friday sale, the code didn’t work. The site said it couldn’t be applied to my order, even though the ad clearly said it was for a first-time purchase.

I emailed them right away to fix it before the sale ended. They replied asking for my email again and said they’d help me process the discount at checkout - then ignored me for days. When they finally responded, they claimed the code only worked on certain dates and told me to check their website. But there was no such fine print at the time I tried to order. They changed the rules after the fact.

This felt like a bait-and-switch. They used a fake incentive to collect my email, then failed to honor their own offer. Their customer service was slow, dismissive, and unhelpful.

In hindsight, this may have been a blessing in disguise. After doing more research, I found multiple complaints about Azure’s deceptive subscription practices, slow shipping, and - no surprise - terrible customer service. It sounds like I dodged a bullet. I’ll continue my search for trustworthy companies that sell authentic Batana oil, because based on my experience and what I’ve read from others, Azure is not it.

Bought Batana Oil, billed again for the same products after 1 month. Tried to reach them to no avail. No way to cancel future orders. Had to block my credit card coz of them. Worst company that I've dealt with :(

Please DON'T buy its not the real Batana oil. Scam i ordered 2 Batana oil it take forever to come and when I finally received them I realized its not real Batana oil then they immediately charge my credit card for another order that I never did. No option to cancel. So please stay away from Azure

DO NOT ORDER from Azure Horrible thieves , I have yet to receive my order placed October 4,2025! At this point I emailed Azure hair products company for refund twice still no refund and no product. I want stop until I get my money back. They deserve no star.

Very angry customer

The first time I ordered the product, I heard nothing for almost two weeks, no tracking number was provided and before there was one, the link on their page appeared broken. Then I get a tracking number and it was from Amazon statistics, contrary to what was said before in other reviews. Not long after, I received the order. Then after I received the order I get an email from Azure answering the one I sent about no update or tracking number on the order. I emailed them back and explained I received and to cancel the monthly subscription, since the four jars I already have would last me at least 6 months
Fast forward to now, they put in for another monthly supply anyway, offering no way to cancel. I sent them an email again asking to cancel, no response. This time, the tracking of the package is coming from china. They have method of cancellation, said a link will be found in the confirmation letter, no such link.I found these guys on Instagram and they are still advertising on that platform. I believe the first part of this experience was to gain trust, and now the scamming begins. Any ads online should be investigated before any business is conducted with them

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They signed me up to a subscription without permission and have taken money from my account. I have emailed them several times with no response. There is no contact number only an email address which the they DO NOT respond to. I have been robbed with no means to get my money back and am fearful they will take more money from my account next month. If their botanna oil was up to standard it wouldn't be an issue but it is NOT what they claim it to be, it leaves bits in your hair. Please 'Trust Pilot' help us get some resolution with this !

They compromised my credit account and double charged me with an additional 39.99 transaction from a website called Izoukhai. This is insane

I ordered my batana oil with them on July 2025, only received it after a month. Whole waiting I realised that the shipping information was showing "CN" as origin country sender....I did a quick research wishing that those initials were for "CANADA " ...but deep inside I already knew it was CHINA. In that moment I realised I've been SCAMMED. I bought a contrafiet product from China not the original Batana oil. Please don't waist your time and money. ELSE THEY TRY TO CHARGE ME for the SECOND time as if I've ordered again...but my bank didn't pay them. I've blocked 🚫 them now in the bank. Bunch of CHINESE THIEFS

I ordered the Batana hair oil. It took months to be delivered, and when it was delivered, what l saw was not what they posted online. I was very disappointed. I threw it away and sent my complain to them but have never had a response.

Azure Boutique is a fraud. After I bought a product from them, they kept my card details and used them to place another order I didn't ask for. I received a message about an order placed on my behalf that I didn't authorise. I went to their website to find out what was happening, only to find out that there is no way of reaching them apart from an email they never reply to. They placed the order late Friday, knowing you couldn’t reach out to them until Monday, as stated on their contact information. Azure Boutique is a fraud!!!!! Don’t patronise them!!! Your bank details are not safe with them!!! Once you order from them, your money is not safe again!!!! They are thieves.

I made an order early July which I received end of July. Then my card was charged again for another order I did not make. I sent multiple emails to support team so they can cancel the order and process a refund but no answer at all. I will have to report it as fraud and I won’t be able to order again. You’ve lost a customer.

I ordered their product but once I received it I had went with another brand. So immediately I took pictures of unopened and unused products along with my receipt to request a return label to get my refund. I’ve sent them 8 emails in 3 weeks and still no response. I believe the company is a ripoff selling fake products. How hard is it to respond to my emails? I believe they give you 30 days to return the unused products it’ll be 30 days in a week. They have no intention of refunding me my money.

Items finally arrived after almost a month. Customer service could have been better as I stopped receiving shipping updates, to the point it was easy to think a scam had taken place. Anyway as mentioned finally arrived with me so let’s see how well the product works for me!

I wish l could put zero stars my order took three weeks to arrive and after reading the reviews l am not sure if l should continue using the product They have even take out money for an additional order which l did not make

I have emailed and no response regarding an order that I placed and paid for on May 17, 2025. Received an email stating the order was delivered! Order was not delivered. Learned my lesson this is definitely a scam!

Ordered on 5/15/25. Got an email confirmation for my order. It’s been two weeks, no tracking number, no nothing. Contacted them, no response. Contacted them again, nothing. This business, or whatever it is. Is a scam, I wished that I would’ve did my research first. I blame myself!

Ordered 17th May no response to emails instead all it shows is preparing shipment. This is so disappointing taking customers moneys like that they should be reported and be forced to pay back.. BIG TIME SCAMMERS❗️❗️❗️..Update..June 11th 2025..Still waiting🙄

I ordered on April 25th 2025 I still haven't received my order. They sent a email stating it's stuck in logistics. There delivery service doesn't exist. I just on shop, tracking of the fake delivery service is gone. I told them I want my money back. I haven't received a reply or refund
I'll keep you posted. I'm thinking about hiring a PI.

If I could give no stars I would. I order a product and paid my money. Never received the product nor the refund I requested. Have been going back and forth with this fake fradulent piece of crap company since January
