I purchased two pairs of shoes that arrived very misshapen, because of poor packaging. Additionally, the shoes are too large. I have emailed the company four times over the last month to explain my issues, but have been ignored. I want to return the shoes for a full refund.
Be careful! Their videos are convincing. They use a real dog in the videos but send you a stuffed toy when you order. Look at the reviews on their site before your emotion leads you to parting with your cash.
