UNBELIEVABLE!!!

After 5 months of waiting patiently for my order, I sent an "reply" email to just give me my money back. I got a message from mailer-daemon that my email is UNDELIVERABLE! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, not only do they list a bogus phone number but, now they've shut down the email so they don't have to hear how totally dissatisfied everyone is with their SCAM!!!

I ordered a "foot grinder" callus…

I ordered a "foot grinder" callus remover through Pay Pal on March 27, 2021. I have never received even a confirmation email that the order went through, but they took the money. I have attempted to contact them, and the emails are bounced; "Not accepted by receiver". Today I asked Pay Pal to see what they can do, and if I can get a refund, so we'll see. I say AVOID Azze.co totally. They are a scam!

I purchased goods from this company…

I purchased goods from this company through PayPal the transaction went through & that was it I've tried several emails & no replies I spoke with a pp customer support rep about another matter & was telling her about this & she told me before I order anything I should always look the firm up on Trustpilot so I looked them up & boy do I wish I had known about it the reviews left were Bad & I mean BAD.

No merchandise and no refund.

I ordered fleece legging and a hat in November for Xmas presents. When it wasn't received I contacted PayPal for a refund in January. They told me to contact them, I did that and they apologized and said it was on way. Still haven't gotten it and of course, it is now past the time to file another dispute so I am out $44.62. Thats what I get for trusting them, lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately exactly the same happened to me. After 6 months of email communication they have fallen silent. I have been promised on numerous occasions a full refund. Rollen & Kim ( probably the same scam artist individual ) apologised and blamed late shipment due to Covid. Then they said the goods were still in the warehouse and would i accept a full refund. Since that email i have not received any responce reply to my emails. DONT purchase anything from AZZE they are a SCAM and should be shut down from trading. SCUM BAGS!!!!

After 10 emails they have stopped…

After 10 emails they have stopped responding to an order placed in November 2020. Probably a scam. Very upsetting as I have already lost so much due to covid, thought I could treat myself to one product this year for Christmas and got nothing. Please don’t waste your money!!

I placed an order last summer

I placed an order last summer, I never received it. I have numerous email between myself and this company. The first 2 months we started the emails, I was repeatedly told it was being discussed with the shipping dept. Then around Feb 2 I was told I was being refunded. That never happened. Now my emails are being ignored. DON'T DO BUSINESS with this company!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would

BE WARNED KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE..... I wouldn't give you 1 star but it wouldn't let me give a review without rating you. I've been waiting 8 months for my refund, I've sent about 20 emails, for them to keep saying be patient, then November 2020 they said it never got dispatched I would receive a full refund I'm still waiting. I strongly suggest you don't buy from them keep well away from there site. They just fob you off. How many more people are you going to scam

I purchased some leggings from this company and when I got the items they looked like plastic pants. I contacted them to ask for a refund and this is what I kept receiving.

WORST COMPANY

I have been waiting for my product since 08-05-20. All I got is "to be patient". I have never had any company with so much excuse. I have escalated up to Paypal. I hope Paypal can help me. Does anyone know how I could report this company?

A Total Shambles

One of the worse "businesses" I have ever encountered. I'm sick of hearing about these pathetic chancers who set up flashy little websites to connect product A to customer B yet have no interest whatsoever in how or whether that happens. Do not order from this businesses because it is extremely likely you will not get what you have ordered and they will blame everything else for the delay rather than themselves. They promise an 8 - 12 day delivery however we are on 65 days and still nothing here and still weak promises of a delivery because Covid has caused the delay.

WARNING Do not buy from AZZE Media LLP

Do not buy from AZZE Media LLP. I received a product that was not what they described. Contacting them was a struggle, but I received an address to send it back to Singapore, but it would cost me $66 plus dollars. The purchase price was $36. It came from New Jersey warehouse. I will take the $36 loss. I want to WARN people to be aware when placing orders with most sellers outside the US that you may lose your money when you make a purchase.
