Waited over 16 days, no email communication. Order promised within 8-12 days but received no email about the order been late, sold out etc. Contacted them and was immediately told that one item was sold out and did they want us to ship an alternative with the other stuff! So clearly they hadn't even sent my other stuff. Have requested a full refund - yet to receive it! Shocking service!!

Order items back in early May that show shipped over a month ago. Company representative states “that’s how long some shipments can take”…Really??? You want your customers to buy into that? Come on! If the items are shipping from the U.S. they should be here in at least a week (or 10 days) but a month??? When tracking the package it shows the shipping label was run but there was no additional tracking available. sitting on the shipping room floor??? Not good customer service, not a company to do business with. Asked from my money back and was told “since this has shipped, we can’t give you money back” and I should contact the shipper. Who is that????

I have placed an order and now it says closed. The first order did not arrive. I have. Contacted Azzlee and the customer service is terrible. It doesn't go to Aazlee. It goes. To a site which is not helpful at all. Very disappointing.

Run, don't shop at this site! I bought 4 tops from this site, they look like very nice shirts for the price. One was huge! I ordered a medium, but it is very large. Everything is polyester/spandex, even though they look cotton/linen. Repurposed shower curtains at best. I am not sending them back. Just chalking it up to not doing my research. It took almost a month to receive my order. I'm sure this is a Chinese site.

Don’t buy from this site unless you are sure it will fit. Images appear to be AI generated. Fabric is such poor quality. Terrible service if you want to return anything. Second time of trying this provider and second time just as stung as the first!! They won’t give you a return address until you ask at least three times via email. They offer money back, more and more each time. When you do get the returns address out of them, it’s in America and they say it has to be a tracked parcel with a tracking number. For a very small parcel (think light-weight cheap fabric) Royal Mail quoted £21. Basically not worth sending back. I’m now down £20 as was forced into accepting their offer of £24 refund. Will never ever use again.

Wish I could review offering no stars. Terrible experience would not recommend. Clothes are poor quality and don’t fit true to size. Don’t look like photos at all. Not UK based. Customer Service response takes ages. Returns policy appalling. Tried to cancel before items sent as read similar reviews and they refused. Updates poor. Expensive lesson learned. Cost a fortune to return. No wonder they offer 70% instead of posting back. But not even a charity shop would want them. When I did “insist on returning” the items Customer Service response got very frosty. What a rubbish company. Still waiting on refund. Avoid!!!

I ordered the blue and white striped capri pants with the white cuff and pockets…took over a month for them to finally arrive. When they came not only were they late, the pockets were see through and not good material at all, the cuffs that were supposedly white were not on the pants at all and just blue and white striped. And lastly the button on the back of the pants can not go in the button hole for the pants. so unfortunate that these cute pants were not up to par. I highly recommend not shopping here if you are looking for something.

Returns from UK a nightmare
Ordered 3 items - all were too small but in a strange way. Too tight in arms/shoulders too big round hips etc! Material/fabric left a lot to be desired, much more flimsy and cheap looking than in the pictures, would have returned even if they'd fitted due to quality. Not having a returns hub in the UK smacks of sharp practice akin to dealing with some Chinese companies, they offer a paltry sum and tell you to keep the goods but I don't want cheap looking goods that don't fit so refused - still waiting for their returns address and document. Spent over £70 so not accepting £20!

Felt I was misled by the website.
I ordered a dress (£30 + £8 p&p), thinking Azzlee is a UK company. The dress took longer than usual to arrive and then I realised it wasn't suitable, so started the returns process. Their process takes longer than other UK clothing companies: first you have to email them that you want to return an item and have to wait for an answer. When I got the answer, 24h later, I realised that Azzlee are a USA company and the return item has to be sent to somewhere in New Jersey ! Straight away, they offered to reimburse me £14 if I keep the item. This seemed a good solution for me as posting an item to the USA would not be cheap. I didn't expect any money back on my card, but was surprised to see it was there straight away.
Another pitfall I wanted to warn other customers about is their size guide. According to their chart L in dresses is equivalent toUK 14, but my dress was like 16 in size. The colour was darker than what I saw on the website, but this is a common problem when shopping online.
Despite all the criticism above, I love Azzlee's dresses degins and colours. Their fabrics are beautiful & much more imaginative & unique than what we get in the UK. It's just a pity that they are so hard to get. With the return policy being so complicated, I don't want to chance it and order another item.
