What a load of rubbish

What a load of rubbish , I payed £39 for a creased up jacket with no lining or label, it was delivered in a bag not much bigger then an envelope.It was advertised as half price . Do not touch this company.

Read return/refund policy before you purchase anything.
Their reply:
“It's also important I let you know we only accept refunds for damaged or faulty items. We don't accept refunds or returns on sale items, incorrect sizes or minor imperfections. As per our terms of service and returns and refunds pages.”

1. Dress:

• The quality of the dress does not match the pictures shown on your website.

• Despite carefully checking the size chart before ordering, the sizing is incorrect, and the top of the dress is too big.

• Additionally, the item arrived without tags and does not appear to be in new condition.

2. Fur Coat:

• The fur coat looks completely different from the images advertised.

• The quality is very poor, and the sizing also does not match the size

Also I did reached out cs. So don’t say i didn’t. My request to return it was turned down. As my fault didn’t read you don’t change it even it size doesn’t match. And sizing chart is incorrect.

Very helpful with their exchange

Very helpful with their exchange. They let me keep the item so I did not spend anything on returning the item. I only paid a small fee for the shipping of the new ones.

DO NOT ORDER from this company!

DO NOT ORDER from this company!! I placed an order but then two days later I received an email telling me the order had not gone through and completed so I placed a second order which I received email confirmation for however when I checked my PayPal account they had in fact taken payment for the first outfit so I emailed them and they have told me they will only offer me a fraction of the cost for the outfit! Disgusting and clearly scamming people into ordering twice! I’ve raised a case with PayPal. I would have returned the item anyway as the quality is disgusting and big representative of what you see on Instagram!

Do not order from this website-…

Do not order from this website- complete scam. Took ages to be delivered and when it was wanted a refund as no longer required annd stated on website 3 days to return and they said they only accept refunds for faulty or damaged items! I’ve reported them to my bank.

Careful, this is another drop shipping company, don't fall for it. It's just Chinese clothing you could get in shein, some of the pictures are even the same! Don't pay overpriced!

They will not refund items

I ordered a black jumpsiut from the site and the item that arrived looiked different to the video of the woman used to promote the item on their instagram advert. Furtheremore, the fabrick was very poor quality. I requested a refund within three days (as stipulated on there site) as the item also did not fit. They explained they only issue refunds for damaged goods. This is not a policy that puts customers at the heart. I will not be ordering anything from this site again and caution others to check the returns policy (or lack there of) before they buy anything. There are better alternatives that have better quality stock.

Waited a long time for delivery

Waited a long time for delivery. I ordered the navy jumpsuit- awful cheap fabric (was static pulling it out of bag!) sizes all wrong top huge, trouser part - leg length fit me I’m 5ft 2inch with flat shoes anyone taller would be up their legs! Can’t return as it was in the sale waste of money - a London brand do a much better one unfortunately I found it after this site. I will send all my detail yet again by email for you to ignore 👍🏻

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM! The jumpsuit they advertise on social media is jumpsuit is by Halston that is designer and costs £262. The jumpsuit that came a month after ordering is absolute rubbish quality and nothing like the misleading advertising I based my decision to buy on. Once I looked in to it, I discovered it’s not even their product and they are just scamming people and won’t give refunds. They said:

“Before we proceed with the part of £20 refund for your order, we kindly ask that you leave a 5-star review on our Trustpilot for the quick resolution of your issue. Once the review is posted, please send us a screenshot, and we will immediately process your refund.

Please don’t worry—if for any reason you do not receive the refund, you have the option to delete the review without any concerns.”

Clearly have no intention of refunding anything. But certainly not worth the money as not only was the quality rubbish, the size was three times to big despite selecting based on sizing chart, but most disappointingly, it is not even the product they advertise. Complete misleading advertising!!! Do notttt waste your money! I am now reporting them to my bank to try and get my money back, waste of money and time!!!

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. The quality is poor and they don't offer refunds or returns, they keep stalling you, asking you to send videos, and gaining time until there is no more time for you to claim legally. BE CAREFUL.
