Greatest personal service i ever saw.
After searching for years i finally found this amazing company, after buying some danish sausages, I asked if it was possible to get some danish cheese , Danbo and Old olle, because no other company could sell me this.
They didn't promise it but after a while I could order my favorite products, I was so happy.
Then I get a mail telling me that because of the extreme temperatures,they wouldn't take the risk of sending it by a mailcompany but bring it personall ??????? Last evening there was an gentleman with to younger boys by his side and a packet in his hands and he told me who he was and the kids and gave me my products, they ware cold and fresh. I shook there hands and thanked them from the bottom of my heart. This sounds like a fake history, but believe me this happend for real.

Terrible service, good stickers
On the website it states things will be shipped specific days. I ordered 5 stickers on a Sunday. That week, my stickers did not get shipped. They were shipped 2 weeks later. I sent an email, and did not get any response. Terrible service, but I give 2 stars cause the stickers are actually good.

Dear Ms van Leth, we informed every customer who ordered the last 2 weeks that we were on our yearly summer buying trip. Yes, that takes 2 weeks. So shippping is also delayed 2 weeks.
