I didn’t want to leave a negative review… but they shipped to me twice and both times the frozen became absolutely warm and had to be chucked. No refund or reply.

Amazing service

We love shopping in B Kosher. The selection is excellent, the prices competitive and the staff attentive. Great location in the heart of Hendon. Online ordering and free delivery is a massive plus.

Had my first order and it was so good I’ve ordered with them again, food was amazing I could plan the delivery on UPS around my schedule and email queries were answered promptly they deliver all over the UK meaning easy access to Kosher food and the price wasn’t too bad either

I placed an order for 9 items, my first online order - due for delivery on 19/6 .. I could see that the delivery was not being made with the UPS tracker. I e-mailed and sent a whatsapp regarding this. Anyway, the box landed today 20/6 with 5 out of 9 items missing. Pathetic. And they are charging me full delivery. Clearly they do not care about new customers, so I shall not be using them again.

Ordered some delicious cheesecakes for an event. In addition to the lovely cakes, the staff were very incredibly helpful answering questions and scheduling the delivery. Not living near a kosher bakery I’m very grateful for the great products and service. Would highly recommend.

I've been a customer and a worker at b-kosher hendon bell lane for over 8 years now. From what I've seen and had experience with, as far as the employees and the management is concerned ranks top of the range service. When a customer requires a product and its not in stock, management will go out of his way to ensure a thorough search to get it in as quickly as possible for their customer. When a customer forgot or made an insufficient reckoning for payment, management will just request payment when they have it at a later date. Does that ever occur in any other food shop?
The environment is always clean and tidy having ample space for even if the shop is full capacity of customers and is still comfortable for moving about . After a busy work day shift, I receive at least half a dozen customers giving positive comments, such as, "we are so happy to have you in our lives so that we can feed our families. Even in urgent times."
The web site provided is in no doubt on the highest standard with delivery efficient and customer service definitely on the highest level 5.
I disagree with trust pilots level 2.5.
I give all b-koshers level 5!

I had a great experience at Bkosher on Bell Lane! They offer a fantastic range of kosher groceries, all well-stocked and fresh. I was especially impressed with their instant photo printing service—so many convenient options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend for both food and photo needs!

Very happy with the products, I didn't encountered any problems. The staff is very good (I usually buy from the one on Glengall Road).

B-Kosher is always spot on. They deliver everything I order and if any is missing, they contact me and ask what I’d like to change it for or they just refund the missing items. They keep me informed at every stage of my order and they are the best prices on most items.

Always helpful but not greatest selection in BWood shop. The Edgware and Hendon branch have a larger selection.
