Refusal to comply with Consumer Contract Regulations
This company has refused to comply with the Consumer Contract Regulations, in spite of a referral to Trading Standards. They appear to believe that the law doesn't apply to them, and that they can write any terms and conditions they want to, despite the fact that they're not lawful. Under consumer law, customers are entitled to a refund for the original shipping charge, and this has been persistently refused. The matter has now been referred to Trading Standards for their final consideration.

The most terrible brand I have ever dealt with.
I ordered 2x resistance bands and after 2 months still had not received them! I then emailed the email address that sent me my order confirmation only to find that it had been deactivated.
So I went on the hunt for another email and after lots of time with no response I finally found an email address that got through.
After 2 and a half months and numerous staff members telling me to keep waiting for the parcel, they finally agreed to a refund. However because I am in Australia the currency is different. They ended up refunding me over $10 LESS than what I paid. Then they told me the rest is not their responsibility for whatever pathetic reason.
So in summary, I never received my items, numerous staff were quite useless and uncaring, and I lost time and money. They didn’t even reply to my final email.
Absolute trash 🗑 Would not recommend.
Customer Service & Ordering System in Dire Need of Modern Update
Disappointing, very rigid customer service who just point you to their T&Cs if any problems arise, instead of providing real help. For an online brand, their system is very outdated and needs to be updated ASAP as the help that the team are able to offer are non-existent. A frustrating experience on the whole.
Poor quality, Poor products and a Poor service!
This was my first time buying these bands and I am very disappointed! I was really looking forward to them and had heard good things about the quality of the bands. However, in my very short time of having them (less than 3 months), the elastic threads have broken in both bands!
I contacted customer service and they did not offer a refund or exchange and quite frankly I was dissatisfied with their customer service, compared to that of other fitness brands like Gymshark (excellent customer service).
I am extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing again from this company.
Poor quality, poor products and a very poor service!!
Really long postage, great customer service
Order took a while to come (just under a month) which was a bit annoying, but delivery time seems to vary for everyone so not the biggest problem. My main issue was the elastic threads in my band breaking quite early on, after approx a month of use; this was disappointing, but I've heard from people I know personally and from loads of other reviews that this is really unusual, and prior to this it's an amazing quality product. Customer service was amazing though and within 10 mins of complaining about the fault they'd dispatched a new one!
The checkout process needs reviewing
The checkout process needs reviewing, I tried to buy a few things in their last official restock and needed to sign up/ put in my shipping details but by the time I got to the payment, it said that one of the items was out of stock and wouldn't let me checkout for the rest. I hope they can sort this, as I've also had issues like this with TALA (I assume they use the same process for both sites).
However, I bought a band in their last soft restock, that wasn't advertised everywhere except on B_ND's insta and Grace's twitter and was pleasantly surprised that the band I wanted was in stock. Really good quality product and great shipping time
Scammers won't honour any warranty…
Scammers won't honour any warranty avoidpurchased some of their resistance bands. They started failing within 3 months, they refused to provide any warranty claiming they only offer 60 days warranty. What a joke
Great products, not great everything else
Products are great, I have 3 short bands, ankle straps and barbell pad & the protein.
However, trying to obtain products during launches is a nightmare. Have had 3 different issues during 3 different restocks including duplicates of orders, and was once redirected to a ‘thank you’ page after ordering, only to find later after contacting customer services that my payment hadn’t gone through and that the products in my cart had sold out at the last second.
Their excuse is always ‘you guys are so quick!’ And ‘we didn’t realise the demand’ after a restock sells out in seconds which is not an excuse for a now well-established brand that knows their demand and following.
I have given up and will not be purchasing again. I think some serious thought needs to go into the logistics of their site and customer service, otherwise I think many others will look elsewhere, a pity as Im rooting for Grace Beverley and like I said the products are fab.
Over 3 weeks before order arrived, awful customer service
Products are good but awful customer service. My band took over three weeks to come despite it costing me £4.50 for postage (which they refused to refund). My band was only dispatched after I emailed customer service about not having heard anything. They said the delays weren’t in their hands and I would have understood this if they had dispatched it within a reasonable time but it was like my order was forgotten about. Customer service is a joke
