B Quiet Sound Deadening Reviews 156

I purchased 3 B-Quiet HLiner Heat and Sound Insulation panels at the recommendation of a service rep to block/reduce loud engine noises coming from traffic into my home through a window. The shipping was fast, but once I applied the product, it did not reduce/dampen the engine noises. I also have one unused HLiner that would cost me too much to return when taking into account shipping/$40 restocking fee. Disappointing considering the $400 price tag. I was sent an email to review the product and provided this same review, but they wont post it on their website.

I have used B Quiet sound deadening several times previously and have always been very happy with both the product and the service.

So far so good it’s sticking well 💯. Installing it in my 1968 Dodge Charger RT, I noticed the reduction in sound travel which gave me joy. Glad I chose B-quite!!

At this point... I'll believe it when I see it. (Something about Missouri). 1 week into order, NO packages, 1 package returned to B Quiet. Not how things had worked in the past.
HOWEVER, I am hopeful that this is another Covid-19 glitch.

True to their word... the packages arrived (one worse for wear but product undamaged) at the end of the 1 week shipping time they said... Well done B-Quiet ... am very pleased

Order finally came and seems to be a good product that I used it before.

Be quiet is the best deal out there. I have been using it for many years. It does work.

B-Quiet is great stuff. I use it in all my vehicles for the last 20 years.

Sound deadening seems to work very well. It applies very easily and conforms to surfaces very well plus the quality is very nice.

The deliver service was excellent. But, there was never anyone around to help with questions about the product. That would be better?

My fiberglass RV engine cover in in the front passenger section of the RV was very noisy and hot. Before I installed the sound deadener and hoodliner insulation the temperature of the fiberglass measured 125 degrees. After I added the two products the temperature measured 85 degrees. The noise level is much better now also. The install of both products was very easy and quick..just cut and stick on with a little roller to insure good contact.

All went well other than shipping time being longer than expected.

Fast shipping. Excellent products will buy from again.

Second time buying a roll from B-Quiet, I’m in BC so both times the roll showed up in about 3 days. Used the first one for a diesel truck project and I could not believe how well it worked! Will definitely buy one for every vehicle project I do from now on.

Bquiet ultimate is easy to install. Cuts with regular scissors and holds on tight when you put it down. A roller helps a lot in getting it stuck down. I have only finished part of the project on my Subaru Forester and the sound level is noticably improved and measurable with the sound meter app on my phone. Highly recommend!

Delivery on time and complete, in spite of Covid-19

My 1999 Corvette has loud exhaust on it, really loud. I like it that way but not on the inside of the Corvette when cruising the highway. So this winter I wanted to tackle the sound deadening project. I had quite a bit of B-Quiet materials left over from when I did my 2002 Corvette back in 2003. I figured I would at least see if it was any good. Sure enough, the materials were like new. I had about 60 sq ft of the Ultimate and 3 sheets of L-Comp. I used almost all 60 sq ft in the hatch alone so I ordered another 50 sq ft. I could not tell the difference between the 17 year old Ultimate vs the new Ultimate. You can be CONFIDENT in the fact it will be good in your car a very long time. Anyhow, I used another 25 sq ft of the Ultimate and 2 sheets of the L-Comp. BIG difference in the interior sound level. I can actually hear the stereo now, lol.
