I am now in the throes of creating my 2nd website with B12. At first I didn't know you could chat with them daily on the site itself and it took a long while to get things going. Now that I've learned most of the design functions (I am a Graphic Designer), one can pretty much create whatever they like given their templates. If unsure, they answer me within a few hours. I am very happy with B12 now to the point I want to create websites for others.

My first website with B12 (ResumeProducts.com) is now up and I'm happy with it. The only problems are (1) they don't have an order page set up and I had to go through JotForm to set up my order form; and (2) I can't get my digital products downloaded and have to process them myself, but they did say I could bring it into another program to have that done. We'll see what happens.

From start to finish, this has been a horrible experience with this company. They are not able to produce high-quality websites. You would be better off using Wix or Squarespace templates to produce a better quality site. They have not delivered the end product or other services quoted and paid for and they have refused to refund. I do not recommend working with them.

My business partner and I knew that we needed to create a website for our new business, but we know nothing about web design, SEO, platforms, etc. B12 was great to work with from the very first phone call. They answered our questions, walked us through the process, and even offered advice before we signed up. Once we started working on the design, Grace was great to collaborate with - she really listening to what we wanted and incorporated our feedback. We are very excited with the end product and look forward to growing the website with B12 as our business grows.

From the moment that I spoke with Dan, I knew that we were in the right hands. He truly listened to our needs and provided feedback as to what the company was able to offer. After grace took over, we had a review of our first draft. After requesting a few adjustments, they truly were able to create the website that we were looking for! We haven't finished the entire process, however are very satisfied with B12.

B12 Misrepresented their business to me. I paid them for their services and was delivered something completely different. After 10-15 emails back and forth of me asking to speak to someone in regards to getting a refund, I was met with more emails and finally a call from yet another "head" of some other division of b12. Even with my whole situation documented within the emails, I was met with resistence for a full refund and was told "I will speak to my director and see if we can give you a full refund" This is after is was clear and even agreed upon that I didn't receive what I was promised and had paid in full for. I highly recommend finding ANYONE ELSE who can do your website for you. If you do engage with B12, know that their apparent "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" keep them protected as I was told by the "director" of yet another division... None of it makes sense. Its a convoluted process with too many hands involved that don't know what they're doing and they absolutely do not care about you or your project. They cost me time and money and I had to put up quite a fight and a formal complaint to the Better business Bureau in order to even engage a refund. These are tough times and good business has never been more important. Integrity is important to me and doing the right thing no matter what. B12 does whatever they want once they have your money and it'll be up to you to chase them down for any work done and even a tougher chase and fight to get your money back! RUN!!!!

We are halfway through my new website design and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. Everyone has been responsive and answers all my questions. I'm looking forward to the next stage.

It is still too early in our relationship to post a review. I am waiting to see how the SEO works out. I am pleased with the website development, however.

The B12 team are knowledgeable, responsive and create amazing content and images for our web site. We converted to B12 April, 2020. The transition was efficient and quick. The team were prompt in making the tweaks we requested. We do monthly optimized blogs on a complicated topic. The creative writers for B12 are excellent at making a confusing topic easy to understand.

I love the analytics part of B12 as well. It helps to see what phrases are doing better than others, and modify along the way.

Mostly, I appreciate how easy it is to make instant changes myself. And, when I get stumped and reach out to B12, I always receive quick assistance.

I had a great experience working with the team at B12. They provided excellent consultation as we walked thru the design process of our website. Marle gave great insight and demonstrated a professional approach to web design that I hadn't experienced before. Thank you B12!

Worst experience dealing w web. Inconsistent, they must outsource their work to other people. I spent a ton of time on the phone w what I thought were my designers and it wasn’t. There is zero communication and nothing is clear with them. They sell you on their services then deliver something totally different. They wasted my time and have cost me money having to start over with someone else

Customer service was amazing something we don't have anymore. It wasn't just about emailing the person was there when you needed to talk to them.

At first I was overwhelmed with information due to me having my own ideas,
graphic design wise. We had to tweak things of course but that's how the process works. After lots of revisions I got more and more happy.
All in all Grace and your team did a great job. I still want to decorate it better on my own so I will learn to do that.

I contacted B12 to have a look at my website and ask how they'd help make it better. Their ideas were forward thinking and helped me dial in my site to hit my target audience and grow my business. I can't thank them enough.

Currently I’m having reservations, the set up emails were slow coming and there was supposed to be an additional question sheet that appeared to be a duplicate of the first one, still have a conference call on Thursday to get my site set up the way I want it, if we do not perform as expected I will request a full refund, I have since read many complaints about customer service after the initial contract
