We have used Ability Software as our CRM for three years. Bradley and his team custom built a Microsoft based CRM for us to our requirements. We run a software company but CRM is not our thing so we came to Bradley. He was positive and easy to work with from the outset and is just an all round nice chap. The system he built for us did all that we needed, and when we wanted an adjustment his response was prompt and positive. I would highly recommend Ability and Bradley to anyone looking for a CRM.
