The cyber security course is basic but okay. its nowhere near enough to get a job

Completed my course for call centres (cant specifically remember what it was called) on the 9th December. Its 23rd January and still no guaranteed interview. I get some random links to some jobs that I can apply for that are hiring (most of which aren't even in my area) but no promised interview which was the main reason why I did this course. Most information you learn is useless for a call centre job or is info that you already know. I got referred to them by my job agent but now even they are upset at them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Amazing experience! I just completed my level 3 networking and cyber security. This is my second course with B2W and luckily, I had the same Tutor twice, Lester is super supportive and amazing at keeping the class engaged in work but also makes sure that everyone is following along so no one gets left behind. Raka and Irfaan were also great teachers, especially at demonstrating the practicals throughly! Even though this course finished a day before Christmas eve we were all shown a lot of compassion and support throughout to get the work in on time :)

A very intense 4 week course, Lester and Irfaan have a great understanding of the subjects they were teaching, a good blend or theory, practical and group tasks. A good stepping stone to further my career.

Within the course of Networking and Cyber Security The tutors are very supportive and communicative with the students and all the help is available as in when needed. They also have support sessions outside the hours of the course which helps a lot during the course. The tutors like Irfaan and Lester are awesome and i liked each of their own techniques on how they handled the teaching of the course and were both awesome. I would recommend the tutors and the course itself and the Back to work group as a company for anyone to join and progress and even have a new career.

Its a scam.
You apply for a job, they contact you and tell you you can join a 4-week training on contact centre and then they will help you get a job. After 2 months of completion, still waiting for the job position, not just me, also other 4 people that I still stay in contact with. We were supposed to get 3 diplomas, only got the first one, still waiting for the other two. Its a complete waste of time . We were ment to be staring at the screen without doing anything for several hours, but if you left they will kick you off the training.

The course I participated in (Level 2 Coding and Computer Programming) has been instrumental in helping me achieve my intended outcomes. Through a combination of structured learning, mentorship and practical experiences, I have gained valuable skills and knowledge that have significantly contributed to my personal and academic growth. One of the key aspects of the course was its structured learning environment and the excellent tutor Aneta Worku whom I had. She was brilliant! The curriculum was designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter (Understanding Coding) which allowed me to build a solid foundation. Combining theoretical knowledge and practical application ensured I could grasp complex concepts and apply them effectively in real-world situations.

The program offered exceptional mentorship opportunities. having access to experienced professionals who provided guidance and constructive feedback. Their insights helped me navigate challenges and stay focused on my goals. This support not only boosted my confidence but also motivated me to strive for excellence in my studies. The program has played a vital role in supporting me to achieve my intended outcomes through structured learning.

I am grateful for Aneta my tutor who had been fantastic with her teaching and explanations during the whole course. She engaged all the learners. She has set a strong foundation for my future endeavours.

I plan to sign up for the Level 3 in Coding.

I recently completed the Level 2 Coding and Programming course, and overall, I had a highly positive experience. The lessons were presented in a clear, engaging way, making even the more complex material accessible. This was all thanks to my incredible instructor, Aneta Worku, who went above and beyond my expectations. She provided not only clear and concise explanations but also valuable additional resources and personalised guidance that truly helped me grasp the concepts.

Let's separate the eggs from the baskets. The tutors were A-ma-zing! I like every single day of the Cybersecurity and Customer Care training.

Lovely tutors, patient and understanding. A great course well recommended, lots of guidance in career path and further education.

The tutors have been excellent and the extra time that they take out to give you knowledge , if you have doubts or any information you need .Lot of training materials and classroom sessions

The course was brilliant and made me want to learn more and do another course with B2W. I feel that I now know the basics of coding and have a good base knowledge to build my skills further. The tutor made it easy to understand the topics in a patient and engaging way, and was very helpful and supportive for meeting the deadlines. (Thank You Aneta!) Team working was excellent and all parties were very helpful if there was an issue with any of the topics.

So far, I've completed 2 courses with them, including of which has resulted in me obtaining a CSCS card. Plenty to learn, lessons are detailed and help is generous. I have nothing bad to say about them, and I'm thankful for the tutors involved who i've learnt from.

A thoroughly engaging and productive experience. The course was well structured, with content that was relevant and also professionally applicable, What really stood out to me, was the sense of community. Distance learning can sometimes feel isolating, but I felt fully supported throughout the course. The company encouraged a welcoming environment that made learning enjoyable. I would definately recommend this course to anyone interested in improving their coding skills in a supportive and professional setting.

Great experience, even though I had no knowledge about the course, the tutor (Everett) was great with explanation, he made sure every members of teams understands every single word and sentence in depth. Lilian is lovely and beautiful person who helped me with assessments.
