AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE
Bought 2 pairs of super expensive shoes from these guys a month ago, returned 1 pair that was too small which they have now received and yet Zero communication, nobody replies to my emails, nobody picks up the phone😡Where is my refund? Why are you ignoring customers? REFUND order 88389 Return immediately. AVOID this absolute nightmare of a company
Unacceptable - I have been corresponding with BA10 since October when my order was placed and money paid. I received a faulty dress and wrong size in items, consequently sent the garments back for a refund; however BA10 ignored the payment of $50 to release the garments from the Danish Customs and as a consequence the Customs sent the garments back to Australia on 24 November and it still has not arrived. Second time from Denmark with garments that are not as they were ordered. I paid $50 for postage over $800 for the garments and have got nothing to show for it. At no stage have BA10 taken responsibility or said sorry for sending the faulty garments and wrong sizes in the first place, all I got was " yes it is indeed a sad story". I wonder how they would feel if they were nearly $1000 out of pocket. Terrible customer service and communication, definetely not recommended.
Very happy ordering from BA10 for great clothing - a great site to add to my collection of regular visits to see what's new, what's hot, what I must own!
